The Charlotte Tilbury makeup wand is pricey, my $3 purchase gives a blinding highlight
A MAKEUP artist shared her affordable alternative to Charlotte Tilbury.
She said her suggestion looks just as good as the original and saves you money at the same time.

TikToker Simonet (@ssimonett) said that sometimes there’s no reason to pay more for makeup when the dupes work just as well.
The first one she called out was Kat Von D’s liquid eyeliner. She said it has really good reviews for a reason, but it costs $23.
Instead, she said breakup-proof eyeliner Wet and wild is just as good and costs $5.47.
She said that in her opinion it is “essentially the same.”
Charlotte Tilbury’s highlighter is one of Simonet’s favorites.
She said it’s always sold out and at $42 it’s expensive.
Instead, Simonet said you can get away with using Wet N Wild’s MegaGlo Hello Halo liquid highlighter.
It’s a fraction of the $3.41 price and gives you a “blindingly radiant highlight.”

Reviewers on Amazon gave the highlighter a rating of 4.1 out of 5 stars.

Like Wet N Wild’s option, this one can be purchased through Amazon, but it retails for $4.99.
The product has a rating of 4.5 out of 5 stars, based on more than 88,000 reviews.
