Christina Ricki claimed that her ex-husband, James Heerdegenblocked her plans to take their son, Freddie, on a recent work trip to New York City.

Ricci, 43, claimed that Heerdegen, 45, initially agreed to let her take their son, 8, on holiday but eventually changed her mind, according to court documents obtained by Page six on Saturday, June 24.

“Jimmy’s refusal to agree worries me because he was clearly vengeful and vengeful when he initially turned down my request to travel for the extra dates.” Yellow jackets star claimed in her filing earlier this month. “On Monday, June 19, 2023, Jimmy agreed to allow Freddie to travel with me, but apparently he still wants to wait until our hearing to discuss it.”

She added: “Denial is very strong. Of course you don’t want to accept that the worst will happen and that you put yourself in that situation. So it took me a long time to realize that.”

Ricci later moved on to become a hair stylist Brand Hamptonwhom she married in October 2021. Two months later, the couple welcomed their daughter Cleopatra.

“We wanted to name her Cleo and right before they prepped me for the C-section, they started talking about how we should fill out birth certificates, [and] my husband was like, ‘We have to give her a full name, right? And then the nickname is Cleo,” she recalled during an appearance on the Ellen DeGeneres Show in January 2022. “I was like, ‘Whatever, we can talk about this later.’ Then he got so excited he put it on Instagram.… Well, I think her name is Cleopatra. I just thought it would be Cleo, but he found out while I was recovering. Cleopatra is good. I mean, it’s a queen’s name.’
