CNN anchor Kaitlan Collins claimed that Fellows shouted approval when Greene said Fauci belonged in jail.

Fellows, a native of upstate New York, was sentenced to 37 months in prison plus an additional five months on a misdemeanor contempt of court charge for his actions during the breach of the Capitol.

He drove from upstate New York to DC in a minivan where he sleeps to attend last week’s riot, after Trump tweeted about his rally scheduled for the same day.

Emboldened by the president’s claims, he and thousands of others stormed the Capitol, breaking windows and threatening Capitol Police as they made their way inside.

Once inside the building, he went to Merkley’s office, where he put his feet up on the table and took two puffs from a joint handed to him by another rioter.

This all happened on Snapchat, along with videos he has since shared on Instagram, where he chats jovially with police, asking them for directions and even posing with them.

He then posed with the police and claimed his own Bumble profile has ‘blown up’ since he uploaded the photos. He plans to return to the Capitol for another protest and has yet to be arrested.

Another rioter, who was streaming live, asked Fellows, “What’s your message?”

Fellows responded, “Man, oh man, we got mad. We ripped it out of the hands of these police officers,” followed by an outburst of laughter.

“It brought joy to my heart to see these members terrified for their lives. For what they have done and continue to do to this country, I hope they live in constant fear,” he wrote on social media afterwards.

He was arrested by the FBI in New York on January 16.

After the riot, he gave an interview to Bloomberg, in which he says his Bumble dating profile has been “bloated” with attention because of the interest in his Capitol riot photos.

In an interview with Bloomberg which was published on Tuesday, he said: ‘I don’t regret it. I didn’t hurt anyone, I didn’t break anything. I think I committed a foul after all.

‘Did I think I was going to get in trouble? Uh no.

“Obviously Trump started a movement in a way, but I think we started something even bigger.

“Do you think I’m going to federal prison? I’m told federal prison is no fun.”

Fauci’s testimony made headlines on Monday, largely because of his tet-a-tet with pro-MAGA Rep. Greene.

The Republican firebrand was reprimanded by colleagues for her questioning, while Fauci was questioned about his pandemic response and the origins of COVID.

Greene also claimed that Fauci’s “abhorrent, evil science” led to schoolchildren having to endure lessons wearing masks, and claimed he abused puppies during his tests.

The Georgia lawmaker also showed the hearing photos of him sitting in the empty seats at a Washington Nationals baseball game after throwing out the first pitch.

He sat close to two colleagues in an image she said violated his social distancing guidelines.

“Do you think that’s appropriate…Mr. Fauci, just because you’re not a doctor in my few minutes… that man doesn’t deserve a license. In fact, it should be revoked and he belongs in jail,” Greene said.

“We should recommend that you be prosecuted… for crimes against humanity,” the Georgia Republican continued.

Freshman Democrat Robert Garcia blasted Greene for her “ridiculous” attacks on Fauci.

Greene also claimed that Fauci’s “abhorrent, evil science” led to schoolchildren having to endure class wearing masks, and alleged that he abused puppies during his tests.

He says this has been the most unruly conference in his year and a half in Congress.

Fauci grew emotional as he detailed the death threats against him and his children, while also insisting that taxpayer money was not used for risky job gain research in China and that he never used personal email for “official business.”

His admission came as a surprise to the House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic, which has now spent more than a year trying to determine the origins of the pandemic that has killed more than a million Americans and millions more worldwide.

The snap hearing was briefly delayed when Rep. Debbie Dingell, D-Mich., asked Fauci about the personal toll his role on the White House Coronavirus Taskforce was taking on him.

“Myself and my three daughters have received credible death threats, which have led to the arrest of several individuals,” he said. “Credible death threats mean someone who was clearly on their way to murder.”

“It’s very difficult for me,” he continued. “It’s even more difficult because my wife is involved.”
