Kevin Hart matches neutral colored looks with DJ Khaled as he welcomes the SiriusXM podcast in Miami

After focusing on comedians and the world of comedy in season one of his Gold Minds podcast, Kevin Hart returned in March with a promise to go even bigger for season two.

Sitting with the brightest minds in entertainment, arts, business and culture, the comedian’s newest guest Gold Minds with Kevin Hart is DJ Khaled.

The two stars sat across from each other at the SirusXM Miami studio in Miami Beach, Florida for a live recording of their conversation on Saturday.

And as usual, the host showed off his signature comedic touch as he dressed casually in tan khaki-style pants with an off-white sweatshirt and red sneakers.

As an added touch of style, Hart also wore a beanie with an array of colors including orange, red, green, brown, black and white.

Khaled (née Khaled Mohammed Khaled), 47, kept it casual for his conversation with his old friend in tan shorts with a matching polo shirt and red, black and white sneakers.

The DJ, record executive, record producer and rapper has worked with some of the biggest names in pop music since first gaining recognition in the 1990s as a host on 99 Jamz, a radio station serving the South Florida region, including Miami.

In all, the New Orleans native has now released 13 studio albums of his own with various guest artists, starting with his debut – Listennn… the Album (2006) – and all the way through to his most recent release God Did (2022). , last year.

Known for his own horn when it comes to promoting his latest song or entrepreneurial venture, Khaled was targeted by Hart last year when he did an impersonation of him that was spot-on.

In a video posted to social media platforms in June 2022, the Philadelphia native impersonated the music man for his famous “God Did” phrase, which also happens to be the title of his most recent studio album.

The comedian nails his friend’s voice as he repeats the “God did” phrase over and over in various locations, seemingly in his living room, bedroom, bathroom, and office, among others.

“They didn’t believe I could sell more tickets on tour — ‘God did,” Hart begins in the clip, before reciting it many times, as did the record producer and DJ.

By comparison, the clip then shows the real Khaled doing his “God did” catchphrase in a series of indoor and outdoor locations.

With class and a great sense of humor, Khaled embraced the hilarious moment by posting the clip on his Instagram page

Khaled’s God Did studio album, his 13th of his career, was released in August 2022.

The record project earned five nominations at the 65th Annual Grammy Awards, including for Best Rap Album Song of the Year and Best Rap Song for the title track featuring Rick Ross, Jay-Z, John Legend and Fridayy.
