The news is by your side.

I'm a size 8, so I tried 'chicken fillet' hip pads – they've made me a man magnet

CURVE call. It's a phrase that has defined the female form for centuries and thanks to the Kardashians, it's going nowhere fast.

From Marilyn Monroe to Mariah Carey, our leading ladies have used their hourglass silhouettes to define what it is to be sexy – and to make all the men stare.

But it all changed when she tried out a pair of hip pads

It was a big blow to me and my size 8 pencil shaped body.

For years I hid my shapeless figure under empire dresses and shunned form-fitting styles that made my body look more babyish than beautiful.

My hipless physique was a lost cause unless I felt like spending a fortune on a Brazilian butt lift.

So you can imagine my eye-popping delight when I recently saw that svelte star Kylie Jenner had magically grown a pair of hips during Paris Fashion Week.

The 26-year-old reality show babe showed off a full Jessica Rabbit look in a stunning silver dress at Paris Fashion Week.

According to fans, her luscious curves were probably fake and fabulously cheap.

Her supposed secret? A pair of hip pads that you can put on like your favorite panties.

One eagle-eyed fan wrote online: “Is Kylie filling up again?”, while another added: “Are those pads for volume?”

All praise, I thought, as I eagerly scrolled through Asos and Amazon in search of a pair of wonder pants that might just change my life.

I have always been a die-hard fan of the Kardashians and do everything I can to be like them.

I'm 6 feet tall and slim – I tried two swimsuits from Kim Kardashian's Skims, the brown swimsuit 'accentuates my hips'

I work out at the gym three times a week, play netball and tennis at the weekend and do squats daily in a desperate bid to achieve Kim's impressive backside.

And don't get me started on Kim's SKIMS brand. All the TikTok dupes in the world won't replicate the real deal.

Without even the slightest bend in my body, I will forever be grateful for her revolutionary shapewear.

So why wouldn't I trust Kylie's hip pads? Everything, literally everything, to transform my body from child to adult woman.

All my friends are lucky to have big breasts and small waists.

While they attract attention on the street with their voluptuous size 38 bodies, I feel like the baby in the dress I bought with my school pocket money, without an ounce of sexiness to entice the boys.

At 26 years old and depressingly single, I'm ready to find love like Kylie and actor Beau Timothee Chalamet.

Can I score a movie star with a pair of high street hip pads? I might as well try.

When I arrive at the studio for my Fabulous photo shoot in my modest black leggings and shapeless zip-up jacket, I'm full of anticipation.

I'm tired of looking for A-line dresses or oversized dresses.

I just want to wear something form-fitting without feeling ridiculous. Is that so much to ask?

If I looked curvy, I would feel like a queen: sexier, more confident, and maybe even happier.

Could this finally be the miracle I'm looking for?

As I strip down to my panties in front of the dressing room mirror, I take one last look at my small, childish reflection.

'Cleaned up!' I mutter, eyeing the railing of the form-fitting Kylie-style silver dresses waiting for me.

When I see the Bslingerie Shapewear Waist Slim Butt Lifter Control Panties on the hanger, I'm afraid I'll look more like Mrs. Doubtfire than Marilyn Monroe when I wear the frumpy hippad pants.

They look like a pair of Spanx pants: a waistband up to your armpits and short-shorts legs that take away any hope of wearing a short skirt or pants. small dress.

Undeterred, I squeeze into the tight fabric, dare to take a peek at my new silhouette and — wow! – what a transformation.

Okay, so the hefty chicken breast-shaped clumps of foam on my thighs aren't the sexiest thing I've ever seen—I'd have to take them off quickly if I brought a man home—but put on a dress and I see looking like a Greek goddess.

My jaw hits the floor as I stare at my curvaceous form. The small waist, the S-shaped hips, the Kim K bottoms. . . I am speechless.

It makes me feel like a dazzling movie star.

I can't stop running my hands over my newly blossoming curves.

So THIS is what it's like to feel sexy, I guess, beaming from ear to ear.

Once made up and ready to hit the town, there's no way I can take it off. I call my friends and go to a bar, feeling like I've made a million dollars.

As I walk down the street in my dress and heels, I see heads turning and staring for the first time.

At the bar I get another scoop.

“It's covered,” the bartender says, cocking his head at a handsome guy two seats down as I go to pay for my rosé.

I feel myself turning tomato red as I smile giddily over my wine glass.

Has £26.99 of Amazon fake hips made me a man magnet? There is still hope that I will land a handsome guy.

All evening I feel the eyes of countless guys staring in my direction.

One gentleman even holds the door when I go to the toilet – I've never seen such chivalry before.

My friends, meanwhile, are shocked.

“Where's Emily?” an old friend shouts in surprise as I stand at our stand.

“You're literally glowing,” says another, pulling me in for a closer look at my fantastic figure.

I wear the hip protectors pride until I hit the pillow at midnight, exhausted and excited by my new found magical pants.

Unlike some cheap shapewear, these babies didn't rub a bit all day long and sometimes I even forgot I was wearing them.

Will I wear them again? Absolute.

Honestly, I feel so warm in them that I would wear them to bed if I could.

My new hip pads will be a wardrobe staple for every summer wedding on my calendar. And if I outshine the bride, then so be it.

To all the haters claiming Kylie is 'faking it' with her new figure: you're just jealous.

Do you really care that much about someone else's style?

She's happy and she's going to make thousands of other girls happy too.

I loved her curvy look at Paris Fashion Week and now I love mine too. I feel like a prouder, sexier and more confident woman.

Thanks, Kylie.
