Lance Bass reveals that Britney Spears has reached out to meet his twin children
Lance Bass has spoken of how ‘weird’ it was to have to communicate with Britney Spears through a third party after the pop star reached out to meet his twin children.
Bass, 44, and husband Michael Turchin, 36, welcomed son Alexander and daughter Violet via surrogate in October 2021, just a month before Britney stepped down from her controversial conservatory.
While he didn’t specify when exactly their exchange took place, the NSync singer described how the sometimes singer, 41, got in touch to meet his children – before plans broke down.
“She’s been reaching out through her people, she wants to come meet the kids and stuff,” Bass revealed on his podcast Frosted tips.
“Then people don’t follow through and refuse to put you in touch,” a man who appeared to be Michael chimed in.

“You have to talk through people,” he claimed. “That’s very strange.”
Today, Lance has no idea how Britney is doing, but finds it hard to believe that she doesn’t want to tour anymore.
“I don’t know what to believe because I don’t know how she is,” he said. “I mean, maybe she’s totally overachieving, but I just know how much she loves it, and I also know she’s a competitive person, so I can’t imagine her never performing again.”
All this comes just days after DailyMail.com exclusively reported that Britney has agreed to let Sean Preston, 17, and Jayden, 16, move to Hawaii with her ex Kevin Federline.
It is possible that the singer is trying to reconcile with her teenage sons, whose relationship has been under strain lately.
Her sons were not present at her wedding last year, where she tied the knot with Sam Asghari, and she reportedly hasn’t seen them for several months.
Spears recently met with her mother Lynne Spears in Los Angeles, reportedly to try and mend their relationship, so maybe Spears is trying to reconcile with her sons.
Last month it was reported that Federline, 45, and his wife Victoria were planning to move to Hawaii, and they want to take Sean and Jayden with them.
According to reports, Victoria, who K-Fed has been married to since 2013, was offered a job at a Hawaiian university, and Federline is said to have plenty of DJ opportunities there as well.

Federline’s attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan sent a letter to Spears’ attorney Matthew Rosengart, asking her to move her sons full-time with him and Victoria to Hawaii.
Federline has 100% legal custody and 100% de facto custody of his children, with his attorney claiming that Britney has not seen either son in over a year.
The letter called for a response by the end of that week, and if she didn’t respond, Federline’s attorney would go to court and seek clearance from a judge.
It was reported last week that Federline was ready to take this to court, but DailyMail.com reported that Spears has approved, with the move reportedly slated for August 1.

A source told DailyMail.com that Spears “has always been a loving and supportive mother” and has never opposed the move.
Britney loves her children, has always supported them and wants them to be happy.
“Apart from being an icon, loved and respected by millions around the world, she has been a loving and supportive mother who has faithfully supported her children.”
The source also accused Federline of creating a “false dispute,” adding that Spears never interfered in his plans to move to Hawaii.
Last year, the singer admitted that “a part of her had passed away,” as she hadn’t seen her sons for six months and they weren’t present at her wedding to Sam.
