EXCLUSIVE: Married At First Sight Britain’s JJ Slater reveals for the first time he DID have sex with trans bride Ella Morgan during the couple’s homestay as he sets the record straight

Married At First Sight British star JJ Slater has revealed for the first time that he had sex with transgender bride Ella Morgan.

In an exclusive interview with MailOnline published on Monday, JJ claimed the ex-couple were not intimate because he was afraid of making the private details public without Ella’s consent.

But after speaking to his former partner, JJ wants to set the record straight and explain that he and Ella have taken their relationship to the next level.

The clothing brand owner says it felt ‘natural’ to explore his feelings for Ella ‘when the pressure was off’ when they visited his home in Essex while filming the E4 show.

And JJ, who has spoken about the impact Ella has made on his life, adds that his ex “shares the same genitals as every other woman I’ve been with” after being open about her transition from the start of their romance .

He said: ‘Yesterday when I was asked this question I hadn’t spoken to Ella… a lot of girls wouldn’t want this to be public and again for me I’m quite private so I didn’t want to talk about it.

“But at the same time, we don’t want anything to come out that isn’t true, so now I feel the need to set the record straight.

‘Where we hadn’t had the conversation, I didn’t think it was right to talk about it until I’d spoken to Ella, and I have now, and she likes it to be public.

‘We have taken our relationship to the next level. It was during my homestay… the pressure was off a bit because we were outside the bubble and there was no one else around us with their opinions.

‘We had a break and it was a comforting time in our relationship. It felt natural and good to explore the next phase. It’s not something we rushed into.”

On Monday, JJ spoke out about the vicious homophobic abuse he suffered from online trolls who called him “gay” because of his relationship with Ella.

He said the “unkind” comments about his sexuality were difficult to deal with, but his close friendship with Ella made the setback he experienced worth it.

JJ explained that it was Ella’s ability to talk openly about her transition and his acceptance of her past that brought them closer together, reiterating that he sees her for the woman she is today.

He said: ‘I don’t see it as a big deal, Ella is just like every other woman I’ve ever been with, and I see Ella as a woman.

‘Ella has been very open about her transition and shares the same genitals as every other woman I’ve been with. Our relationship was important to both of us, and we are still very good friends.’

JJ and Ella decided not to reveal that they had spent the night together to the show’s relationship experts and that their intimacy was not discussed on the series.

The couple reentered the experiment after developing feelings for each other following the breakup of their respective marriages to Nathanial Valentino and Bianca.

And JJ says sex with Ella meant more to him than just the physical, after speaking on the show about wanting to take his time before putting someone to bed.

He said: ‘We decided that neither of us felt the need to talk about it on the show, we talked about it among ourselves and people didn’t ask about it, so it was normal what happened, we’re both adults, and that Weren’t we’re going to scream it at the top of our lungs. That’s how it would be in any other relationship.

“At that point it was normal and in every relationship I’ve ever had, that’s what happens when you feel comfortable with someone.”

Ella became the first transgender contestant to star in the British series Married At First Sight after undergoing gender reassignment surgery at the age of 21.

She credits JJ with helping build her confidence after saying she had been rejected by straight men in the past and kept as a “dirty secret.”

Ella said, “Guys don’t accept me, and I don’t want to be someone’s fetish. I’ve had a lot of guys interested, but as soon as they find out about me or as soon as it gets to a serious stage, they cut it off because they’re ashamed of me and they don’t want to tell them. family and friends.

“I don’t want to be anyone’s dirty secret, but I feel like people aren’t well educated these days.”

JJ says Ella’s participation in the reality show has helped educate viewers who still have narrow-minded views towards the trans community.

He added: “Many people are uneducated, and Ella has helped educate so many people, including myself. Ella is the first transgender person I ever met… the whole time I was just trying to follow my heart. and be kind along the way.”

The couple went their separate ways during the show’s final vow renewal, but JJ and Ella have remained close friends and still find time to talk to each other every day.

He said: ‘We ended up arguing too much and the pressure ruined what we had.

‘As soon as we stepped back and agreed to be friends, we still speak on the phone every day now, we are good friends. We work much better as friends.’
