Peter Neal posted a touching message to wife Naomi Biden after she was ambushed on the witness stand in her father Hunter’s federal gun trial and amid speculation that she is pregnant.
“I love you,” Neal wrote on his Instagram stories. The text was placed above a photo of Naomi smiling, with her back to the camera but her head facing the lens. Her belly is not visible.
The duo appears to be on a weekend getaway. Naomi is standing at the door with a number on it, it seems to be some kind of hotel room. The next photo in his story is of a peacock standing in front of a hotel room.
The two tied the knot in November 2022 at a White House wedding. Peter was in court this past week to support his wife when Naomi was bombarded with devastating text messages that blew a hole in her father’s defense in the federal gun trial.

Naomi was there testify on behalf of her fatherwhere she painted a rosy picture of Hunter’s sobriety leading up to his October 2018 gun purchase, for which he is facing charges.
But, in turn asking questions about this, the accuser read text messages between her and her father that contradicted the picture she painted.
Naomi staggered under the ambush and said, “I don’t remember any of this.”
She looked on the verge of tears and wiped one eye as she walked out after hugging her father.
She was dressed all in black, with a black jacket over dark, baggy clothing, because of her appearance.
There has been speculation that she is pregnant with the child of her now-husband Peter.
The couple has made no formal announcement, but sources in the room said it was “the talk of the state dinner” last month. Naomi, 30, is expected to appear before the November election.
The East Wing did not deny the speculation in multiple questions from DailyMail.com.
Kathleen Buhle, Naomi’s mother, did not deny the speculation when contacted by DailyMail.com. She replied: ‘I don’t talk to the press, thank you.’
It would be the first great-grandchild for Joe and Jill Bidenwho have seven grandchildren.
Naomi, who is known for wearing figure-hugging clothes to suit her slim figure, has worn loose-fitting dresses to her last two formal occasions in the US. White House and would become president Joe Biden a great-grandfather at a time when age is under the microscope.
As she and Neal entered the state dinner for Kenya in late May, Neal appeared to gesture to his wife’s stomach as they posed for photos.
As she leaned against him, what appeared to be a baby bump was visible in her long, roomy, pleated metallic cape and Diana Ayad dress.

Online speculation about her condition began last month when Naomi wore a loose-fitting dress covered in cherry blossoms to a state dinner for Japan.
Since then it has only increased.
Naomi is cagey about the issue.
She posed for photos with her handbag strategically placed over her stomach at Japan’s state dinner. She repeated the pose when she attended the White House Correspondents’ Association dinner a week later.
The baby would be Biden’s first great-grandchild, earning President Biden the nickname “great-grandfather” as he heads into the November election. The grandkids call him ‘Pops.’
The news comes as voters have expressed concerns about Biden’s age as he seeks a second term.
