Reports in France suggest that the player has decided to join Real Madrid at the end of the season once his PSG contract expires.

Los Blancos are said to be confident they can get the deal done as Mbappe is open to a £62m-a-year reduction in his wages.

PSG have already accepted they are in danger of losing their star man and are drawing up a shortlist of alternatives.

News reporter Ben Jacobs claims a move for Rashford cannot be ruled out.

The Manchester United attacker has been on PSG's radar for some time.

He even negotiated with the club before signing a new contract at Old Trafford last year, although the discussions were reportedly used as leverage.

However, Rashford's move to PSG could go ahead again provided he tells them he is keen to move.

The Parisians supposedly don't want to waste time chasing the England star if he has no plans to give up his boyhood club.

SunSport reported last week that PSG were not expected to sign for Rashford again as they target Victor Osimhen.

The Napoli striker has also been linked with a move to Arsenal and Chelsea.

However, it remains to be seen whether this position would change if Rashford makes it clear he wants out.

The 26-year-old has struggled with form this season, scoring just five goals in 28 games.

He has also had off-field problems after The Sun exclusively revealed the extent of his 12-hour bow in Belfast.

The hungover player called in sick for training and has since been fined two weeks' wages worth £650,000 and dropped from the squad for one match.

Man Utd say Rashford has “taken responsibility” for his actions and scored on his return to the starting line-up in the 4-3 win over Wolves last Thursday.
