She enjoyed a luxurious summer vacation and partied around Europe and LA.

But Sanna Marin appears to be back at work as she headed to a startup event in Helsinki.

The former Prime Minister of Finaland, 38, addressed an audience at the Slush 2023 Startup Event.

Looking stylish in a white polo collar, which she paired with black shorts and tights completed the chic outfit with over-the-knee suede boots as she exuded confidence on stage.

Sanna styled her brunette locks with a center part, while her glamorous makeup included a red lip.

The event brought together 5,000 startup founders and operators, accompanied by 3,000 investors looking to back the next generation of founders.

The former prime minister, who was just 34 when she took office in 2019, making her the world’s youngest prime minister, led her country through the global pandemic.

In 2023, Marin joined the Tony Blair Institute as a Strategic Counselor, where she now specializes in geopolitics, strategic autonomy and women’s leadership.

Although she is busy with her work, Sanna has been enjoying some much-needed free time lately.

Photos show the former politician enjoying a dip in the sea, as well as relaxing on a balcony and sipping a cup of coffee.

A carousel of photos shared on Instagram also includes “38” balloons in a luxury hotel bathtub marking her recent birthday.

Sanna also appeared to have visited Notre Dame with Finnish MP Ilmari Nurminen, a fellow Social Democratic Party MP described by Marin as her “bestie”, and dentist friend Aapo Hettula.

Other photos show her enjoying a drink at a wine bar while posing with her former chief of staff Tuulia Pitkänen.

Sanna, who was known as the ‘prime minister of the party’ for going out and enjoying herself while in office, has enjoyed a single girls’ summer after losing the Finnish parliamentary elections and divorcing her husband.

During the summer she went to Flow, a music festival in Helsinki.

Looking much more like a typical 30-something than a former world leader, the ‘rock star’ politician opted for chunky heels with a mini skirt and bralette in a series of photos she shared on Instagram.

One outfit is simply not enough for Sanna. On another occasion, she showed off a festival-chic look in a sheer black dress and reflective sunglasses.

And it looks like she’s continuing the fun, as she recently headed to LA, where she met A-lister Sharon Stone on the Beverley Hills set, among others.

Sanna – who lost the Finnish general election and divorced her husband – had enjoyed a fun single-girl summer in which she swapped blazers and suits for chunky heels and miniskirts.

But now it seems that the raver outfits have been swapped again for cocktail dresses and casual luxury.

Last month she attended Paris Fashion Week, where she took center stage at Victoria Beckham’s show – in one of VB’s dresses, of course.

She shared a series of glamorous selfies from behind the scenes of the A-list event attended by Kim Kardashian, Kris Jenner, Pamela Anderson, David Beckham and Eva Longoria.

Wearing bright red lipstick and a trendy Victoria Beckham draped dress with mini sleeves worth £1,024, Sanna looked more like an influencer than a politician.

She also shared behind-the-scenes photos and videos from the show (with her million followers), including several details of tight black outfits – including a suit that she paired with trainers because she ‘loves walking’.

The new battle for a glamorous life comes at the end of a long year for Sanna, who was at one point a country’s youngest leader after taking on high office in 2019 at just 34 years old.

She resigned from her role as chair of the centre-left Social Democrats earlier this year after her party narrowly lost elections in April.
