Harry Styles showed off his muscular and toned physique while breaking a sweat during a training session today.

The 29-year-old singer wore striking blue running shorts and a black belt bag around his waist.

He completed the look with yellow trainers, a baseball cap and sunglasses.

The One Direction star was spotted with a friend as they were training together amid the hot weather in North London.

It comes amid his sold-out tour and his final run of shows in England, Ireland, Wales and mainland Europe. Tomorrow he will play at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium.

The tour ends on July 22 at the RCF Arena in Reggio Emilia, in northern Italy.

He played four shows last week at Wembley, the largest stadium in the UK and the second largest in Europe with 90,000 seats.

A host of celebrities went to see Harry such as Spice Girls Emma Bunton and Mel C. Many will have been treated like VIPs by Club Wembley and taken advantage of the hospitality packages, VIP tickets and private boxes.

Prior to his shows in Edinburgh, the star booked his hotel under the name Oliver Sudden, which is believed to be a twist on the phrase ‘suddenly’.

This could refer to how Harry’s life changed overnight when he took part in the now-defunct ITV reality show The X Factor.

A source at the hotel said: “We all had a good giggle when we saw the name – it took us a while to understand what it meant.

“However, Harry is so famous that he has to use a different name when checking in or else it would be a bloodbath for him with his fans following him wherever they know he is.”

Harry has reportedly grown close to Victoria’s Secret model Candice Swanepoel, 34, following his split from director Olivia Wilde.

And in an exclusive video from MailOnline, Harry was seen passionately kissing Emily Ratajkowski, 31, on the streets of Tokyo in March.
