A TRENDSETTING mum has encouraged women to wear what they want regardless of their body size.
She was all smiles as she embraced a part of her body that many women have admitted to feeling insecure about.
Bonnie Wyrick (@bonniewyrick) has over 879,000 followers on TikTok, where she shares style inspiration for medium-sized women.
The size 14 fashionista wore a figure-hugging black maxi dress and looked in good spirits as she shared a body-positive message.
“Do you really want to tell the girls with soft bellies to feel confident and wear what they want?” read the text over the video.
She ran her hands down her body and lip-synced to the lyrics of Ariana Grande's new song Yes, and?
“Yeah so? Say that with your chest, and,” she sang.
Bonnie encouraged women not to let their insecurities hold them back as she completed her own striking look by styling her glossy brunette hair into voluminous curls.
“This one is for my medium-sized babes,” she said. “Come on and show off, queens.”
The seven-second video went viral with nearly 18,000 views and hundreds of likes from people grateful for the reassuring advice.
Many viewers took to the comments section and said they felt inspired to accept themselves.
“After watching your videos I definitely feel more confident and comfortable with my body,” one person wrote.
“Omg beautiful,” said another, complimenting Bonnie. “You are the reason I use this app,” a third added.
Bonnie chose to wear a maxi dress with built-in shapewear from Amazon Popilush store for the powerful video.
The $86 dress is sold in sizes ranging from XS to 3XL in a selection of different colors.
Her post came at a time when many women can relate to the struggle to love their soft and squishy bellies.
TikToker @blueberry.spaghetti who has more than 67,000 followers, cradled her bump in a post that also championed body positivity.
Wearing a figure-hugging mini dress, she performed a viral voiceover from a Live 5 News interview at the Greek festival.
“I mean, let me tell you something, I don't know what they call that stuff, but that little caramel man,” she said, lip syncing.
“Yes, stop playing.
“I mean, if they give me one right now, I'll tear it up live.”
“The doggie is the cutest thing about tight dresses,” she added in the caption of her video alongside the hashtags #fupa and #chubbygirls.
