Helen Skelton showed off her toned abs in a little black bikini top as she enjoyed a day of watersports in the Lake District on Saturday.

The 39-year-old presenter enjoyed a weekend away with her children while on holiday on the lakes.

The mother of three looked fabulous as she showed off her figure in a plunging bikini top and black shorts.

Helen’s long blonde locks were swept back in a ponytail as she watched her son wakeboard, balancing on a boat.

The Strictly Come Dancing star shielded her eyes with sunglasses and was all smiles as she enjoyed a day of fun activities.

Helen took to Instagram earlier this month to share gorgeous snaps in a red bikini and wetsuit.

The TV personality paired her look with stylish sunglasses and wore her blonde locks straight.

As she made her way through the cold water, she seemed in high spirits as she tested her balance skills and gave the camera a smile.

Captioning the gallery of photos, Helen wrote, “Half term busy…. Fridge cries to be refilled, machine groans under the wash, but we go back to school thankful for the time and sunshine.
