But if you can’t get to a store before this deal ends, it’s not all bad news.

The retailer is launching another Nectar card deal that allows customers to buy premium Easter eggs at a discount of up to 37%.

Below are the available Taste the Difference Premium eggs that will be available with nectar prices:

Nectar Card: The Three Easy Ways to Get One

How does the loyalty program work?

Nectar cardholders can collect points while shopping in-store and online.

You’ll receive one loyalty point for every £1 you spend at Sainsbury’s.

You’ll also get one point for every £1 you spend on fuel bought at Sainsbury’s petrol stations. You can also collect points from hundreds of partners, including Esso and eBay.

The Nectar Card also gives customers exclusive discounts on hundreds of products, just like a Tesco Clubcard does.

You can register and download an e-Nectar Card by downloading the app on your smartphone.

You can also sign up in store or register on their website.

All you have to do is swipe the card every time you shop and points will be added to your account so you can get cash on future purchases.

Each point is effectively worth 0.5 cents, which means you need 500 points to get a €2.50 discount.

Tesco launched a similar deal last week, with a selection of more than 20 large Easter chocolates dropping in price to £2 for all Clubcard users.

Similarly, Morrisons has reduced the price of its Easter eggs to 75p if you have a More card.

Remember, it’s always good to shop around to make sure you’re getting the cheapest deal.

The closer we get to Easter, the more likely it is that other retailers will compete to be the cheapest in an attempt to get your money’s worth.

You can use shopping comparison tools such as Google Shopping and Trolley.co.uk to compare the cost of items from different sellers.

Also keep in mind that there’s a chance you might get a different offer in-store than online, so keep your eyes peeled.
