In the last part of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills meeting, Kyle Richards makes it clear that she doesn’t share the “real reason” for her and Mauricio Umanski‘s divorce.

“It’s nobody’s business,” Kyle, 55, said Andy Cohen On Wednesday, March 13, Kyle’s statement seemed to put an end to the conversation surrounding her marriage after Andy, 55, asked a fan question that claimed she had been dancing around the details of her and Mauricio’s divorce.

‘Every marriage has problems. They come up. You’re busy and you have kids,” Kyle explained. “Some problems never went away, they were never addressed. Something happened, as I said in my interview, that made me lose my confidence.”

She continued: “I care about my family first and I tried. I really tried. So when I couldn’t do that, the kind of thing – I don’t want to say I tolerate it – it just became clearer to me, I think. I guess I couldn’t do that anymore, and I finally hit a breaking point.

The dashing reality star explained that he wanted to become a partner at the firm, but “got into a bit of a bind with Hilton & Hyland.”

He explained his version of events: “And when I say, ‘f***ed,’ you know, today I’m happy, but there were 100 agents at Hilton & Hyland. They were making a billion dollars a year for the first time, I was 19.6% of their production, and I went to Rick and said, “I’d really like stock, right? And be a partner.”

To hear Mauricio tell it, Rick then took the matter to Jeffrey Hyland, president of Hilton & Hyland, and returned without an answer.

“Then I went home,” Mauricio said, “I talked to Kyle, I say, ‘This is really going to cause a lot of stress between you and your sister and your family, and I want to take this step of leaving and starting a business if you you don’t feel comfortable.”

However, Kyle “was 100% supportive,” and Mauricio broke away from Hilton & Hyland and started his own venture, The Agency.

His old bosses, he recalled, asked, “How did you not give us a single warning or problem?” prompting Mauricio to respond in disbelief: “Warning?”

In a confessional, Mauricio said diplomatically, “I think Hilton & Hyland is a great company and I would never be caught dead talking bad about them because I don’t think bad about them, and I’m Rick’s brother-in-law.”

He added: “But unfortunately it turned sour because it really affected the family – Kyle more than anyone else. You know, her family stopped talking to her, but she understood that what was done to me was wrong and she stood by me, and in the end, that’s what I needed.”

Paris reacted angrily to the clip on social media, writing: “My father is a perfect gentleman and has always taken the higher road.”

She emphatically argued: ‘He would never speak negatively about his family – especially in the press. Frankly, we’re all tired of him using the Hilton name every chance he gets to plug his lame show. It’s enough already..’

Kylie and Mauricio married in 1996 and have since welcomed three daughters into the world together: Alexia, 27, Sophia, 24, and Portia, 16.

“Kyle, she’s not a compulsive person,” Hilton said during part 2 of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 13 reunion airs Wednesday, March 6. “She doesn’t just step in and make a decision. Kyle didn’t decide this in three months. I bet she had been thinking [about this] during the last three or four years. I shouldn’t say that, but I did.”

Hilton added that Richards and Umansky, 53, who were married for 27 years, have pursued other endeavors after their divorce.

“Mauricio goes one way, she goes one way. They’re both trying to work,” she said. “He has been dancing for four months Dancing with the stars.”

Kyle Sandilands and Jackie ‘O’ Henderson recently signed a record $200 million dollar contract to stay with KIIS FM for the next ten years.

But Sandilands, 52, has revealed that the radio duo’s former employers, 2DayFM, have taken a bold move to have them return to the network.

“We were offered so much money by the old joint [to come back]the shock jock said on Thursday morning’s Kyle and Jackie O Show.

“We don’t want to go there, but they’re going to give us a lot of money,” he revealed the pair told each other during negotiations.

A return to 2DayFM would likely have meant the pair taking over the breakfast slot currently occupied by Hughesy, Ed and Erin’s show.

Sandilands first faced the paparazzi rumors in July last year when he returned to Sydney from his European honeymoon.

Sandilands hinted that he was open to a possible move if he received an attractive offer, asking Jackie: “What’s my motto?”

“Where there’s a cash register, there’s a way,” she replied.

Kyle confirmed she was right and joked that this was Jackie’s motto too.

However, the radio queen was quick to shoot Kyle down, saying she had a different outlook on life.

“I don’t live my life based on money alone, there are other things too,” she said.

The pair were previously employed by Southern Cross Austereo and had a hit show on 2Day FM.

According to the Australian Financial Statement, the duo’s old network, SCA, was “quite aggressive” in pursuing the pair before they re-signed with ARN.

‘This is like sports rights for radio. “It is very likely this will be the largest talent media deal ever,” a network insider said at the time.

ARN Media CEO and Managing Director Ciaran Davis told Daily Mail Australia: “We do not view contract negotiations as a one-off exercise.”

Last November, the Sydney-based radio duo signed a record-breaking ten-year, $200 million deal live on air, keeping them on air until 2034.

“Since Kyle and Jackie O joined us, we have worked very hard to ensure that they feel part of a larger network, and that everyone contributes to it.

“I don’t think it’s a surprise to us that they’ve had the highest listening audience ever. Having worked in radio in many countries, I think they are the best in the world at what they do.”

The Kyle and Jackie O Show originally aired on 2Day FM from January 2005 to December 2013 and moved to current network KIIS FM in January 2014.
