Alex Scott and Vicky Pattison wore playful red noses backstage at The One Show after returning from their Artic adventure for Comic Relief.

The sports pundit, 39, and the TV personality, 36, were all smiles after their interview about the coldest ever challenge for charity.

The pair, along with Laura Whitmore and Sara Davies, took on the Snow Going Back challenge on February 19, trekking 50km across the Arctic Circle in four days.

As they traveled through the icy location, which is usually a training ground for British Special Forces, the four women walked, cycled and even skied to reach their goal.

To raise money for those struggling in Britain and beyond, Vicky and Alex revealed the ins and outs of the ‘ultimate’ and ‘grueling’ fundraising task to The One Show presenters Lauren Laverne and Jermaine Jenas.

Alex, who sent an update to the talk show while temperatures were below freezing, said: “It was grueling, which is why I remember sending the message thinking that you (Jermaine) and Alex are most likely laughing at me.

“You know I hate the cold and it’s so hard to describe, right Vicky? How cold it actually was.

‘So sleeping in a tent at night and trying to survive that way without heat, pulling a sled, fat cycling and all that – it was the ultimate challenge.’

Alex talked about how the team spirit pulled them through the tough journey and at one point carried her teammates’ supplies to lighten the load.

“I think at that moment I thought, OK, I know I’m physically strong, so I can carry some of the burden now,” the host said.

She explained that Sara and Vicky kept morale high in the camp, adding: “We all had different strengths.”

“Everyone got through it at different times and I think it was so inspiring to be part of this group.

“We all know we’re doing it for the greater good, and no one slacked off. Actually, we were all trying to do more for each other.’

Vicky also shared their hilarious bonding moment and joked: ‘I had Alex’s toe in my armpit within 24 minutes of being there’

Vicky added: ‘She’s a real weapon, she’s so humble. The way she pulled those sleds some days, without her I don’t know if we would have gotten through it.”

Reflecting on the bond between the all-female team, Vicky hilariously joked: ‘Within 24 minutes of being there I had Alex’s toe in my armpit.’

The giggling sports presenter chimed in: ‘This is how you stay warm because – because it’s so cold – you can potentially lose your fingers and toes.

“So you really have to be a team and help each other through it, so that was our first bonding moment.”

Some of the money raised during their treacherous challenge will go to charities such as Hebburn Helps Foodbank in South Tyneside – not far from where Vicky is from.

The reality TV star revealed she learned some harrowing statistics while visiting the food bank a stone’s throw from her home, a day before embarking on the icy adventure.

“Three out of four people who visit food banks will be women and that’s because 65 percent of household chores are always done by women,” she said.

‘Raising children, taking care of a household: it has traditionally been women’s work, so all the pressure falls on them.

“So not only were we the first ever Comic Relief challenge for women, we were girls doing it for girls and that felt really important.”

Snow Going Back Comic Relief v The Artic airs next Monday at 9pm on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.

Some of the money raised will go to a food bank near Vicky’s home, an issue that disproportionately affects women.

Over four days, the foursome face the most unpredictable and disorienting conditions as they attempt to trek, cross-country ski and cycle to the finish line 50km away.

They will only get eight hours of daylight a day and there will be a constant threat of snowstorms.

As they travel deeper into the silent and isolated Arctic wilderness, the team will have to work together to navigate snow-covered tundra, hidden frozen lakes, fierce winds and endure temperatures as low as -20 degrees.

They will tackle the terrain where British Special Forces train and will have to set up their own tents, without running water, heating and electricity, with food limited to dried rations.

Their journey will be captured for a special BBC One and iPlayer documentary to be broadcast in the run-up to Red Nose Day, which returns on Friday, March 15.

Speaking about the upcoming challenge, Sara said: 'Comic Relief is something we watch every year as a family and last year I followed Emma Willis, Oti Mabuse and Rylan on the trek in Scotland and my son said to me: 'Mummy, that's so great, why didn't you go help?'

“It really touched me knowing that I'm in a privileged position where I can do something to raise money, to do my bit, so this year that's exactly what I'm doing.

'Mentally I think I can tell myself everything I need to do, but I'm worried about the technical side. “I've never skied before, I'd never seen a ski in real life before we started training, so this whole adventure is pretty new territory for me.”

Vicky added: “Everyone assumes that because I'm from the North East I can handle the cold and that's a complete lie. Everyone also thinks that because I was in the jungle I'm like Bear Grylls in a bra… but that's not true!

'I love the comfort of home, so camping in minus 20 degrees is out of my comfort zone and it makes me a little nervous, but also a little excited!'

“There will be times when I just want to give up, but I think what keeps me going is why I do it!”

Alex then said, “This challenge will be so tough; I've never done anything like this before, I've never even skied, so just being in the snow can be a problem!

“I'm used to having the captain's armband on and people seeing me as a leader because I'm that athlete, but this is all new so I think you might see a different side of me. Yes, I bring the fun and keep everyone going, but I think I need my teammates to get me through this.

'I'm naturally competitive with myself, I don't want to let anyone down, but what will really keep me going is the end goal of raising as much money as possible for Comic Relief, which will go a long way to helping change many lives in Britain and around the world.”

Finally, Laura said: “I've been involved in supporting Comic Relief for as long as I can remember, and I'm thrilled that the whole country and beyond is getting behind it.

'It brings people together for a great cause, so I hope we can do that again this year. The bar is certainly high, with Greg James, Davina McCall, Emma Willis, Rylan and Oti Mabuse having completed challenges before, which will give me the extra push to reach the end.

“I think it's so powerful to be part of Comic Relief's first all-female celebrity group in this way.

“I think we're all pretty tough guys and we'll all work really hard and push each other to persevere, to hopefully raise a significant amount of money. That's the end goal that will keep us all going in those times when it's absolutely freezing.”

Jeremy Kyle has become father again to his sixth child at the age of 58 after his wife Vicky gave birth on Friday.

The television host shared a photo of himself proudly holding the newborn in the delivery room on Instagram.

He revealed her name as Iris Rose Victoria Kyle and said mother Vicky was doing well.

Jeremy revealed in September last year that he would become a father for the sixth time as his wife Victoria was pregnant with their second child.

The broadcaster shared the news that he would be welcoming a daughter in the coming months, after he and Victoria welcomed their son Oliver in 2020.

Speak with The sun in September last year, Jeremy said he and Victoria, who he married in 2021, were “over the moon” to welcome another child in early 2024, adding that his family would be “complete.”

In addition to son Oliver, Jeremy is father to daughters Harriet, 33, Alice, 20, Ava, 18, and son Henry, 13, who he shares with ex-wife Carla Germaine.

Jeremy revealed that Vicky suffered a devastating miscarriage last year, shortly after they announced they were expecting their baby.

He said he and his wife Victoria were on an “emotional rollercoaster” after she suffered a miscarriage in March.

The couple suffered another miscarriage in 2019 before welcoming their son Oliver.

Victoria opened up about the first loss, when she was eight weeks pregnant, and said doctors unfortunately had to inform her they couldn't find the baby's heartbeat on the early scan.

She told me Mirror: 'It was devastating. People say, 'It's so early, it's just a bunch of cells,' but as a woman you can't help but get attached to what's happening in your body.”

They were given false hope when Victoria underwent a procedure to remove the fetus and was told there was a heartbeat after all.

But a week later the couple was told it was not possible to continue the pregnancy.

Jeremy said: 'The second miscarriage was the hardest for Vic. Since we had already had one, we tried not to get excited. It was an emotional roller coaster.'

Victoria said that during a Reiki healing session she received a message from Jeremy's late mother Nanette, who died six years ago, insisting the couple would have a baby girl.

She explained: 'The lady kept saying she could see pink and that we were having a girl. She said, “I see you and Oliver holding a little girl's hand. The little girl is wearing a dress with bright red roses on it.”

'Jez's mother's favorite flower was a red rose. She had red roses all over her garden. It felt like it was his mother saying a little girl was coming along.”

Jeremy added that once they moved home, Victoria placed an order for some duvet sets and pillows and in the middle of the package was a pair of pink dungarees that they had not ordered.

Victoria was already pregnant with their daughter at the time.

The broadcaster shared the news that he would be welcoming a daughter in the coming months, after he and Victoria welcomed their son Oliver in 2020.

'Oliver is two and a half and in charge, to be completely honest. He changed me completely. He shouts, “Daddy!” when he sees me on the screen now.

'My children, my grandchildren, my family, my wife saved me. Harriet is an amazing mother with two toddlers. Alice is about to go to college; Henry is about to go to boarding school; Ava has just achieved eight GCSEs. It's amazing, she's severely dyslexic. It's incredible what she has done, amazing. I am so proud.

'But I've always wanted to go back to live television. It's the best of what I've always loved doing.”

The host's eponymous Jeremy Kyle Show was suspended indefinitely in May 2019 following the death of Steve Dymond, a week after a program he starred in was filmed.

He returned to television screens for the first time in three years in April 2022, when he helped launch new channel TalkTV alongside Sharon Osbourne.

In October 2022, Jeremy said he would miss Vicky and Oliver as he threw himself into work for his live show on TalkTV.

Dymond is suspected of having died by suicide seven days after filming The Jeremy Kyle Show.

He had undergone a lie detector test after being accused of cheating on his ex-fiancée Jane Callaghan, from Gosport, Hampshire.

The confrontational talk show, which was hugely popular and had been a regular feature of the daytime TV schedule since 2005, was axed for good following calls for its cancellation from MPs and members of the public.

After the show was axed, MPs launched an investigation into reality TV – and ITV chief executive Dame Carolyn McCall said the broadcaster had 'looked into' canceling the show before removing it from its schedules.

Bobby Davro is recovering from a minor stroke after falling ill and collapsing during a live show in Surrey last week.

The Aactor and comedian canceled all public appearances following his collapse at the Coulsdon Comedy club, south London, last Thursday evening.

Bobby had just come off stage after a standing ovation at the sold-out performance before suffering what he described as a “funny twist.”.

A source said The sun: 'His condition has improved greatly and he is now resting at home. It's clear he's feeling much better as Bobby described the proximity to the hospital and the excellent care he received there as 'a real stroke of luck.'

It has been reported that the star will have to rest for two weeks and will be back on stage on February 4.

Just one day after Vicky died, he returned to work performing – while vowing to perform through the pain so as not to disappoint his fans who had bought tickets to see him perform.

Despite his grief, Davro took to the stage at the Tivoli Theater in Wimborne on May 5 to perform four shows for his friend Jim Davidson's online comedy channel Ustreme.

Davidson took to his YouTube channel to confirm Bobby's appearance, praising the fellow showbiz legend for being a “trooper” who knows the show must go on.

The former Big Break presenter said: 'We have to say goodbye to Vicky Wright. It's a sad old age. I'm here in Wimborne at the Tivoli Theater on the set of Ustream's Left, Right and Centre, the award-winning panel show, and I'm sitting in Miles Crawford's chair and we're all a bit quiet today.

'Not only because we miss our friend Vicky Wright, but because her fiancé Bobby Davro shows up in 15 minutes, he knows he's committed to appearing on these shows.

“He obviously didn't come yesterday, and I was in it and Robert Hart was in it, but Bobby – the old trooper – he wiped away the tears and he's back today to record four shows here at the Tivoli Theater in Wimborne.

'Tickets are on sale, we have two shows this afternoon and two shows from 7.30pm and we are all thinking a bit about Vicky.'

Davro had previously discussed Vicky's battle with cancer and admitted it had been 'horrifying and extremely painful' to see the love of his life become so ill.

He said: 'To see someone as beautiful as her with this disease is devastating. It's so sad. It's extremely, extremely, extremely painful…

'My best advice for anyone in a similar position is that laughter is the best medicine.

“I always remember this quote: 'Don't let the world change your smile – let your smile change the world.'

Vicky's father Billy Wright, who spent his entire football career at Wolverhampton Wanderers, died in 1994 from the same form of cancer.

The comedian also admitted to “drinking, smoking and not taking care of myself” while watching his fiancée lose her battle with cancer.

Davro added that he had been suffering from extreme 'stress' since Vicky was diagnosed with the disease.

He was speaking on a podcast called Eyes And Teeth, hosted by comic ventriloquist Steve Hewlett, recorded a few days before Vicky's death.

“I drink, I smoke, I don't take care of myself,” he said. 'I have a little sadness in my life; Unfortunately, my dear fiancée has been diagnosed with cancer and that has caused a lot of stress.'

He added: “I haven't done much social networking because obviously I've had some private issues with my fiancé and it's been hard.

“So I haven't really had a chance to do much social networking, but I'm going to try to find someone who can help me so I can get the word out.”

Davro had revealed his partner's pancreatic cancer diagnosis to the Daily Star Sunday newspaper in April, days before Vicky's death was confirmed by her daughter Kelly.

She wrote: 'Hello everyone… Incredibly devastating news to share…

'My wonderful mother Vicky sadly passed away this morning. I wanted to use this platform to let you all know because I know how much she appreciated all your love and support in so many ways.”

Davro proposed to Vicky in 2022 after 12 years of dating on and off.

Her father Billy Wright, who spent his entire football career at Wolverhampton Wanderers, died in 1994 from the same form of cancer.

She performed as a singer and actress, following in the footsteps of her mother Joy Beverley, one third of the Beverley Sisters.

Vicky also took to the stage to perform a one-woman show about her father called Billy Wright Story.

Jonny said the idea came from a desire to go out and party, while still getting home in time to watch the TV on Saturday night and not feeling too exhausted the next day.

He said: 'The idea for this has been kicking around in my mind for a few years. I wanted to recreate a nightclub as I remember it: great music, a decent bar and people dancing.

“And we just sold 1,400 tickets for the London venue, which is insane. It just shows that there is a market for it.

'We want one in every city. And my dream would be to expand it worldwide to Ibiza, Amsterdam, Benidorm.'

Ankita Lokhande and her husband Vicky Jain made headlines again after a heated argument in the Bigg Boss 17 house. The incident took place when Ankita accused her husband of not spending enough time with her on the show. Later in the episode, Vicky brought up Ankita's ex-boyfriend Sushant Singh Rajputs name in their conversation, reminding her how he cared for her during the difficult days after his death.

Vicky was furious when Ankita accused him of not spending enough time with her. To this, Vicky replied, “The Sushant issue was important and I have been by your side all along. I do notice that you are constantly reacting to everything I do (sic).”

This argument came after Sushant Singh's sister Shweta Singh Kirti extended her support to Ankita Lokhande. She said, 'We love you, Anki! You are the best and the purest (sic).” Shweta also shared a series of images with the Baaghi 3 actress on her Instagram story. For those unfamiliar, this is the first time that Vicky has mentioned Sushant's name on the show. His mother, on the other hand, accused her daughter-in-law of trying to gain sympathy by using SSR's name.

In conversation with News18, Ankita's mother Vandana Lokhande, revealed that her daughter and Sushant were in a seven-year relationship. She added that her daughter never intentionally talked about her past relationship. It was only after Munawar and Abhishek asked about her past relationship experiences. In one of the episodes, Farqui was seen discussing Sushant's death with the actress. Ankita said, “I felt everything was over when I saw him. So many movies he watched, and it was all over. There was a photo of him that was very bad (sic).

Ankita expressed her disapproval and urged her husband not to cross any boundaries. “This is completely inappropriate, please don't go too far (sic),” she said. Despite her objections, Vicky persisted and asked Ayesha, “How do you feel when I hold you?” (sic)” This angered Ankita, prompting her to comment, “This is very distasteful. What would it look like if I said the same thing to a man? Please stop, Vicky, it makes a terrible impression (sic).

Ankita further added, “I have recently noticed a change in him, so why does he choose to behave this way? Does he enjoy the reputation of being a womanizer? (sic),” she wondered.
