Although Jordan (@jordycray) wanted to live by the phrase 'no regrets', he certainly has one.

His giant Arabic tattoo on his ribcage doesn't mean what he meant.

While he wanted it to say 'no regrets', it actually says 'Stephanie' – a name that has no meaning to him.

He tells how he made the discovery in a clamphe said he was in a club with a friend who was dating a person who spoke Arabic.

“There were three people there who spoke Arabic and they confirmed this,” he said of the bad tattoo.

“Someone even asked them, 'Are you fucking him?' And they said, 'No. It actually means Stephanie. ''

He even googled 'Stephanie' in Arabic and flashed it at the camera to prove that was indeed what was written on the side of his stomach.

As for how the failure went down, it was a simple, impulsive mistake.

“I will say it's not the tattoo artist's fault at all. It's mine.

“I didn't do proper research. I think I was drunk or high when I got it. It was that day that I just googled “no regrets in Arabic” and I got the first thing I saw.

I'm a tattoo artist and here are the five popular conjectures that I absolutely hate

He admitted that he had not looked into it further and simply showed the artist the image to copy.

Several Arabic-speaking followers confirmed his story, with one writing: “Yes. That's certainly what Stephanie says… I'm dying. This is a great story.”

And while he thought about removing it, he said his husband thinks he should keep it, “because it's iconic.”
