Two people were killed and a 12-year-old girl was injured in a car accident Western Australia.

A Toyota Prado, a road train with two trailers and a Suzuki hatchback collided on the Brand Highway, 10km from Cataby – a two-hour drive north of Perth – Friday around 9am.

Two people died on the spot.

A 12-year-old girl was treated by paramedics for minor injuries.

The police are investigating.
