My new $19 dress from Walmart is a winner: I don't need a bra or shapewear
A FRUGAL fashionista was wowed by a Walmart find that she quickly added to her wardrobe.
And the price wasn't the only thing she loved about the look.
“Another Walmart knockout,” said Claire Tammaro (@claire.tammaro).
The 6ft 6in bargain shopper wore a long blue sleeveless style with orange and red floral patterns which she paired with strappy sandals.
And the affordable fashion item was functional too.
“If you have a wedding or a holiday or an event, this is perfect for packing,” she said.
Claire especially appreciated that with this budget purchase she wouldn't even need an iron.
“It's that wrinkle-free fabric.”
She ran her fingers over the material to show how smooth it remained.
The fashionista was also a fan of the adjustable straps and smocked back.
“It's so beautiful, I don't have any shapewear on and I don't even feel like it's hugging too much. I don't have a bra on, but you could wear a bra — and it costs less than $20.”
Claire rubbed her hands over her stomach to show off the comfortable yet form-fitting look.
Sofia Jeans' midi slip dress, which retails for $19 at Walmart, has dozens of five-star reviews.
The gown was described as being made of a structured, satin-like fabric with a V-neck.
The bra-friendly straps were also said to offer a seamless and effortless look.
“The quality and beauty is amazing. This is a new favorite dress that will be much loved,” wrote one enthusiastic buyer.
“Perfect color, fit, size and style,” said another fan of the gown.
Others approved of the fit.
“It's a beautiful, vibrant dress. The material is great, there is some stretch in it. I almost feel like I could have taken a size smaller.
“But I'll keep this one. I'm 6 feet tall, weigh about 220 pounds, have curves and ordered an XL,” the customer said.
