Would Andrew Walker Make Hallmark Movie With Sabrina’s Melissa Joan Hart?

Andrew Walker might have to work his Hallmark magic to become a former Sabrina the teenage witch Co-star Melissa Joan Hart to go with him to a rom-com.

“Yeah, that would definitely be fun,” Walker, 44, shared exclusively We weekly on Tuesday, Nov. 14, when asked about collaborating with Hart, 47, on a Hallmark project. “We actually became very good friends. We’ll see each other at Christmas Con.”

The Christmas Island star, with whom recently collaborated Envy apples to promote their fresh produce brand, said Us he has ties to Hart because of their philanthropic efforts.

“I love her missionary work that she does, she goes to Africa. Since I did that [Hallmark’s] A Safari Romance and I was in Africa four years ago for my 40th birthday in Cape Town, Africa really captured my heart,” he explained. “I really want to discover more of Africa. … But Melissa Joan Hart did a lot of missionary work building schools with her children.”

Fans of Sabrina I can’t forget Hart’s iconic role as the titular character, Sabrina Spellman, from 1996 to 2003. Walker did not appear on the series until season 7 in 2002, when he played Cole Harper, one of Sabrina’s colleagues at Sear magazine.

Despite both actors appearing in several Hallmark films, Walker has appeared in more than 25 films for the network, while Hart starred in 2016. Broadcast Christmas — they didn’t do a joint project for the channel.

However, Walker does have an idea for their hypothetical film. “Why don’t we just do one Sabrina the teenage witch Christmas movie?” he told The list in November 2022. “And the aunts. We have to bring the aunts back too.” He joked that the movie might be called It’s a magical Christmas.

While a Sabrina holiday movie isn’t officially underway yet, Walker said Us Tuesday that he is happy to celebrate all the Hallmark movies coming out this season. He even teased that the Hallmark team is hosting a viewing party for his friend Erin Cahillthe December issue, Christmas on Cherry Lane.

“[The parties] brings us all with it [being] in the same place and at the same time so that it can work. Honestly, it’s a family, Hallmark,” Walker said. “People say, ‘Why do they call it a family?’ It’s not your typical network. We don’t compete for each other’s jobs.”

The Three wise men and a baby actor then revealed who is the “biggest party animal” in Hallmark’s core lineup — and identified himself as the perpetrator.

‘Maybe it’s me. I have to address myself about that,” he admitted. ‘I would say myself and [head of communications] Annie Howel are the two biggest party animals.”

When Walker isn’t interacting with his coworkers or on set, he lives a healthy lifestyle. His clean eating habits are helped in part by his choice to eat an Envy Apple every day.

“I tried it for the first time and it was one of the best apples I’ve ever had,” Walker said Us of the product brand, joking that he and his wife Cassandra Troy are “kind of manufacturing snobs in a way” because of their Little West juice company.

The Sweet autumn star explained that shortly after being approached to collaborate with Envy Apples, a close friend who is an empath, said she saw his “guardian angel grandmother” who called Walker the “apple of her eye” and looked down on him.

‘She called me the apple of her eye and now Envy calls and says I’m the apple of the [Hallmark] the eye of the beholder,” Walker recalled of the moment. “And it was such a perfect combination or marriage between myself, my wife and the apple and our juice business.”
