And a friend told The Sun they are planning a big party abroad.
Adrian, 53, and Tracey were friends for years before she dumped the bus driver’s partner Mark Nieuwmanand moved in with the multimillionaire in 2022.
He asked the question Christmas and they plan to get married at his favorite Indian Ocean resort, where he also took his three exes.
His friend said: “Adrian has always been so gentle and in his own way he is actually a real romantic.
‘He is so devoted to Tracey that he has moved his mother-in-law and father-in-law into one of the cottages on his estate.
“I mean, that might not be for everyone, but they all get along so well – and let’s face it, there’s plenty of room up there.
“Right now it feels like nothing can go wrong.”
It’s the fourth time Adrian has popped the question since splitting from his ex-wife and co-winner Gillian – and on all three previous occasions he has been dumped.
