A “mutant pigeon” with elongated legs seriously upsets people

A long-legged ‘mutant pigeon’ has caused a stir on social media.

The bizarre footage, believed to have been filmed in the UK, was shared last month @duiventv TikTok leaves people mystified by the strange-looking bird.

In the video, the huge creature appears with a bloated chest and jacked legs.

Some social media users claimed to have had nightmares after seeing it, but the animal is actually a specific breed of pigeon.

After the video was first posted on TikTok, it gained more than 18 million views, 42,000 comments and 1.6 million likes.

The clip was later shared on the @MacrodosingPod Twitter account where even more people were amazed by the strange looking bird.

The video was captioned, “Like different kinds of domestic dogs, domestic pigeons come in all shapes and sizes, like this Pouter Pigeon.”

The English Pouter Pigeon is a domesticated breed known for its very large crop, endlessly long legs and feathered feet.

In the video, the bird can be seen walking past a fence with an extremely puffy chest.

Online viewers were stunned when they reacted in shock, with many calling the bird a “Pokemon.”

One person wrote, “Looks like a bird ate another bird.”
