The film stars Aditya Roy Kapur in a prominent role. After appearing in films like Gumraah and The Night Manager last year, Pinkvilla has exclusively learned that Aditya is gearing up for the shoot of Anurag Basu's film, which starts next week.

According to a source close to the entertainment portal, it has been revealed that Aditya will start shooting for Anurag's film. Furthermore, the actor is scheduled to start the next phase of filming in the coming week, with scenes to be shot in Mumbai and Delhi. Besides Kapur, the cast of the sequel of the 2007 hit film includes Neena Gupta, Pankaj Tripathi, Sara Ali Khan, Konkana Sensharma, Ali Fazal and Fatima Sana Shaikh in pivotal roles. It is a collection that portrays the moving stories of modern couples.

Earlier, the film was scheduled to hit the big screens on March 29, 2024. However, the makers of the film recently announced that the film's release date has been postponed and will now hit the big screens later this year on September 13. , 2024.

Moreover, Aditya Roy Kapur reunites with Anurag Basu after their collaboration on Ludo, which premiered on Netflix.
