Scots are feeling suspicious about a property for sale after a four-legged guest was spotted making a cameo appearance in all the photos of the property.
The two-bedroom apartment in Falkirk, Stirlingshire, went on the market on December 20 and is being offered for next to nothing at just £75,000.
Images show the home’s amenities, including the bathroom, bedrooms and living room – all with an adorable Labrador in the photos.
Charmed Scots have since insisted on social media that they will buy the flat immediately, but only if the dog comes along.
The first image of the accommodation photos shows the carpeted living room with two single chairs and a double sofa, complete with a deep pile rug.

In the second bedroom of the property, a single bed sits snugly between bedside tables with a lamp and various ornaments.
The pooch is once again visible in the photo, looking rather grumpy as he sits next to the bed as daylight streams in through the window.
The home’s kitchen offers picturesque views of the local park and comes complete with hob and oven, while the dutiful dog is still present, sitting on another rug and staring curiously at the photographer.
As potential buyers ponder the images, other photos of the home’s bathroom facilities show the dog staring deeply into the camera as he sits in the blue-floored walk-in shower, complete with toilet and sink.

Estate agents 99Home have put the property up for sale for just £75,000, saying: ‘The flat is on the second floor and has two generous bedrooms, a walk-in shower, kitchen, utility room and large lounge.’
The flat came to the attention of property browsers on January 7 after it was posted on X account @unbebex, with the caption: ‘There’s a flat in Falkirk on Rightmove and the dog is in every photo.’
The after received more than 12,000 likes and dozens of comments from real estate fans angry at the paw-like pooch.
One person wrote: ‘I’ll buy that apartment if the dog is there,’ while another said: ‘Link please, I’ll rent the flat if the dog is there.’
