A judge has dismissed a sexual abuse lawsuit against Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler.
Former model Jeanne Bellino claimed the 75-year-old rocker groped her twice in 1975, when he was 27 and she was 17.
She says Tyler attacked her in a telephone booth in Manhattan and later pinned her against a wall and simulated sex.
Tyler “fierce” denied the allegations.
Ms Bellino said she had “severe and emotional problems” and as a result was “hospitalized and medicated”.
It was previously reported that Ms. Bellino was working on a fashion show when a friend arranged to meet Aerosmith at a nearby hotel.

U.S. District Judge Lewis Caplan dismissed the civil lawsuit, saying Bellino waited too long to sue Tyler.
Tyler’s lawyer David Long-Daniels told Reuters: “We agree with the judge’s reasoning and are grateful for this outcome on behalf of our client.”
Another case against the singer began in 2022 after a woman filed a lawsuit against him at the age of 16 for sexual assault and battery.
He denies the claims.
