CHOCOLATE lovers have spotted Aldi's latest Easter egg and it's a nod to a British classic.

Now that Easter is fast approaching, it's time to stock up on chocolate while there are still good offers.

Eagle-eyed shoppers have spotted Aldi's Milk Ripple Egg with honeycomb and pretzel.

The tasty treat may be a nod to an iconic British chocolate: Crunchie.

With honeycomb and milk chocolate it might taste exactly the same.

The chocolate treasure was posted to Facebook and other sweet-toothed people rushed to share their excitement.

One person wrote: “Looking good.”

Another added: “I NEED this egg”

A third person said: “I like the honeycomb but not so sure about the pretzel bits.”

The sweet treat can be found in Aldi stores at the checkout for £4.99.
