ALEX SCOTT was all smiles as she prepared for possibly the biggest challenge of her life.
The BBC Sport presenter, 39, shared snaps training on skis as she embarks on a charity mission.
Scott is ready to brave the freezing temperatures and trek across the Arctic for Comic Relief.
She is joined by Sara Davies, Vicky Pattison and Laura Whitmore for Snow Going Back: Comic Relief Vs The Arctic.
They will begin their endurance test at the edge of the Arctic Circle in Tromsø, Norway.
It takes four days to hike, cross-country ski and cycle to the finish, about 50 km away.
The group will face temperatures of minus 20 degrees Celsius and only eight hours of daylight as they make their way through the Arctic.
Scott and the rest of the crew will have to set up their own tents and survive on food rations during the grueling test.
On Sunday, the Football Focus presenter shared some photos on Instagram.
In one, she is seen hitting the deck, laughing about her fall.
While in other films she shows off her team and the training they have done so far, including skiing and cycling.
She captioned the photos: “I posted pictures of us laughing during training because I'm not sure how many there will be in the next few days 🥶🥶
“Training completed… #snowgoingbacknow.”
Scott added: “A four-day endurance challenge tackling the unforgiving landscape of the Arctic to raise vital funds for @ComicRelief.
“It will be tough, long and very cold, but as a team we are determined to raise as much money as possible to tackle poverty and injustice around the world.
“Please donate if you can to… comicrelief.com/alex.
“Thank you 🙏🏾”
Scott's girlfriend Jess Glynne posted a comment saying: “You 🖤”
The journey will be recorded by a BBC film crew and shown as a documentary ahead of Red Nose Day on March 15.
