Allu Arjun Reviews Animal, Calls Ranbir ‘Inspirational’ and Sandeep ‘Face of Changing Indian Cinema’
Pushpa star Allu Arjun writes a long note after watching Animal. He appreciated the entire star cast and described director Sandee Reddy Vanga as a maverick filmmaker.
Mumbai: Allu Arjun has joined the bandwagon of celebrity awestruck Animal, the latest Bollywood film directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga. The Pushpa The star took to his Instagram Stories on Friday evening to praise the film. He named the entire lead cast and wrote a big note calling Sandeep ‘the face of changing Indian cinema’.
Animal has polarized social media. While there is a section of the audience that thinks this is new-age cinema, and there is another section that believes it is blatantly misogynistic. Both sections of the audience have created curiosity about the film and that has translated into the numbers at the Box Office. Animal currently around Rs 355 crore nett in India (after 8 days) and around Rs 520 crore gross globally – which is a huge number for any film.
Allu Arjun appreciates Rashmika Mandanna for Animal
In Allu Arjun‘s post, the women of Animal – Rashmika and Tripti find a special mention. While appreciating their presence in the film, the popular pan-Indian star writes, “@Rashmika Mandanna Brilliant & Magnetix! Dear, this is by far your best performance and there is much more to unfold (sic). He congratulates Tripti and writes: “This young lady @Tripti Dimri is breaking hearts. May you break more (sic).”
Allu Arjun becomes a fan of Ranbir Kapoor after Animal
His comment for Ranbir reads: “#RanbirKapoor ji has taken Indian cinema to a whole new level. Very inspiring. I really have no words to explain the magic you have created. My deep respect to the highest level (sic).” He adds for Sandeep, “The director, the man @Sandeepreddvanga garu, simply stunning. You have exceeded all cinematic limitations. The intensity cannot be matched. You’ve made us all proud again. I can clearly see how your films will change the face of Indian cinema now and in the future (sic)!”
Allu Arjun follows in the footsteps of the likes of Ram Gopal Varma Animal. Rather the Rangeela The director couldn’t keep calm as he wrote a long post expressing that Sandeep’s craft was on par with the craft of many legendary international filmmakers.
