Australian fashion designer Camilla Franks has reportedly split from her fiancé JP Jones after seven years of dating.

The couple’s relationship is said to have become tense as they spent less and less time together. The Daily Telegraph reported.

Camilla and JP, who share five-year-old daughter Luna, first met in London more than 25 years ago before reuniting and starting a relationship in 2016.

They divide their time between JP’s home country of Wales and Australia, as his son Blue lives in Britain.

Camilla and JP first planned to get married in India in 2017, but they postponed their wedding when they found out the designer was pregnant.

They then made plans to tie the knot in 2020, before Camilla was diagnosed with cancer in 2018.

JP supported Camilla in her battle against breast cancer, just four months after the birth of their daughter.

“I’m so proud of my beautiful fiancé who endured 5 months of chemotherapy,” he wrote on Instagram at the time.

‘Today was her last day. She is a warrior. From now on, more and more in my love.’

In the past, Camilla has said that Luna helped her through her battle with cancer, and that she was also her main motivation for wanting to become a better person.

The fashion designer added that being a mother is “magical” and that she has bonded with her little girl like no other.

Despite owning a global fashion brand, Camilla says her daughter comes with her everywhere, adding that she has more passport stamps than most adults.

Camilla tried to have a second child after a double mastectomy in 2018, but failed after five rounds of IVF.

She eventually had her fallopian tubes removed, but later admitted that she wished she had frozen her eggs years before the procedure.

In an interview with The Sydney Morning Herald in 2021, Camilla said she took the first steps in the process before she became too “busy with work.”

Camilla rose to prominence after founding the bohemian clothing label Camilla 14 years ago, which is now worth millions of dollars.
