B&M shoppers are rushing to buy ‘the ultimate’ Cadbury Easter egg which chocoholics are describing as a ‘serious contender’.

The popular discounter is selling the ultimate Cadbury marble Easter egg and it’s cheaper than Tesco.

The Cadbury favorite is made from creamy marbled Cadbury dairy milk and white chocolate and comes with a bag of individually wrapped chocolate chips.

B&M posted the Easter treat on its Facebook page and fans rushed to comment on the popular chocolate egg.

The message read: “This is the Easter egg we’d like to have this year and we know you’ll all love it too.

“It’s a decadent mixture of milk and white chocolate – it’s not called the ultimate egg for nothing and it costs a tenner.

One fan commented: “I don’t often crave an egg, but this year I did.”

Another said: “OMG this is a must.”

While a third said: “Yes please, I need this!”

All the supermarket shelves are currently full of Easter eggs, so we looked at which other retailers stock them and how the price compares.

Tesco and Sainsbury’s have the Cadbury marbled ultimate Easter egg, but it’s slightly more expensive than B&M at £12.

Ocado and Asda are also showing the egg online for the same £10 offer as B&M.

One major supermarket has slashed the price of its large Easter eggs and shoppers rushed to stock up.

Meanwhile, a popular Mars chocolate bar has been axed from this year’s Easter range and fans are devastated.

The Dark Chocolate Bounty was discontinued last year in response to fans of the chocolate treat, although Mars said at the time it was only a temporary measure.

However, saddened Bounty fans have been dealt a second blow as it has been revealed that the favorite will not be included in the Easter Bounty chocolate egg box.

The Bounty chocolate egg carton usually contains a hollow milk chocolate egg speckled with desiccated coconut and two fun Bounty bars, one of which used to be a dark chocolate Bounty bar.

However, this year a smaller 207 gram chocolate box will contain a hollow milk chocolate egg and two fun milk chocolate Bounty bars.
