Bethenny Frankel wants Dave Portnoy to apologize to Rachel Leviss for the “trashbag” comment (but he doesn’t understand why he should!)

Bethenny Frankel has harsh words for Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy.

Portnoy, 46, called Vanderpump Rules star Raquel Leviss, 29, “a piece of trash” when reports surfaced that the two were romantically involved while they were both spotted at the same coffee shop in the small town of Cary, Illinois.

“I can confirm that I have never met that dirtbag in my life and it is extremely insulting to even be mentioned in the same sentence as her,” Portnoy said. wrote on Twitter on November 24.

The Real Housewives of New York City alum, 53, then texted him and asked him to apologize, per Page six.

But Portnoy doesn’t see why he should apologize, he says BFF podcast Wednesday: ‘Why? What have I said about her that no one has said a million times?’

Last week, reports surfaced suggesting the two were in a romantic relationship as they were both spotted at the same coffee shop in the small town of Cary, Illinois.

“I can confirm that I have never met that trashbag in my life and it is extremely insulting to even be mentioned in the same sentence as her,” Portnoy wrote on Twitter on November 24 in response to a request from Page Six.

Based on the tone he used in his podcast, it seems unlikely that he apologized to Leviss or Frankel.

The rumor about the social media entrepreneur who calls himself ‘El Presidente’ and the former beauty queen surfaced after it was confirmed that Portnoy had split from girlfriend Silvana Mojica after two years of dating.

‘It’s kinda wild when I just had a breakup which is hard enough to go through without being told I fucked that lady [Leviss],’ he told Page six.

He also offered an alibi for the time he allegedly interacted with Leviss on Page Six, sharing an image of it on Instagram and writing, “I was eating pizza at Uncle Jerry’s. [Pizza Company] By the way, it was spectacular and received an 8.3.’

Portnoy searches every pizzeria in the US and provides “one bite” reviews of each restaurant.

Leviss has largely disappeared from the spotlight since news broke that she had an affair with Tom Sandoval, 40, behind the back of his girlfriend of nine years, Ariana Madix, 38.

Following the scandal, dubbed ‘Scandoval’, she opted not to continue the show after spending a period in a mental health facility.

Now the former beauty queen is not speaking to any of the cast.

Last month, Rachel revealed that she had shared some of Sandoval’s “triggering” items and raised $14,800 to donate to the National Alliance of Mental Illness.

The reality TV personality earned $5,300 for a lightning bolt necklace and $9,500 for the two hoodies, for a total of $14,800, her rep said People.

Leviss had worn the infamous lightning bolt necklace during her months-long affair with Sandoval last year.

While discussing the souvenirs she listed on eBay, the TV personality confessed that she “never wants to see them again” or “never wear them again.”
