The duo are breaking social media feeds as their hot liplock has sparked debates and left netizens divided. While fans of Akanksha and followers of reality shows call it normal, a section of users are offended by the creators of Bigg Boss OTT 2. Akanksha had recently shared that she felt “uncomfortable” while kissing Jad Hadid as part of a challenge in an episode. The Lebanese model called her a “bad kisser” for which he was schooled by Pooja Bhatt who told him to act more maturely.

JAD HADID OPEN HIS FEELINGS TO AKANKSHA PURI

Jad said in a recent conversation with Akanksha: ‘I kissed her and she shivered. She didn’t answer.” He further added, “She asked me to get close and she gave me those signals. She gives me signals that she wants to, but I got rid of it. I completely lost interest. That kiss was for a game and meant nothing to me. I wanted it in the beginning. But now I’m over it. She shivered. She had guts.” Akanksha, on the other hand, had confessed, “I wanted Jad to understand that as an Indian female artist, the kiss made me uncomfortable.” She also said, “I was expecting him to come talk to me, to clear my head about the whole situation. Communication is important and I needed that reassurance.”

THE AKANKSHA PURI TEAM GETS FORWARD IN ITS DEFENSE

The actress’s social media handles are currently managed by her team. Her official Twitter account recently tweeted: “The so-called kiss that made headlines! Well our girl shivered only a person in that position would understand she made it very clear we are actors and do it for movies she thought it was cock then got a label behind her back then ate 4 again raw eggs for the job not in the limelight..It was all for the job and we are so proud of the way our #TeekhiPuri did it.” It also meant, “Even though she got mean things behind her back again after the task, well, the world is like this, even if you do it with the right intention, people will still judge you. But #AkankshaPuri is way above that!! Not a queen for nothing.”
