Earlier this week, the content creator uploaded a daring photo of herself in a sheer white shirt with gorgeous black lingerie hugging her curves.
In the caption, the bodybuilder gushed about her body, writing, “You know that feeling! It's just part of being healthy and strong!”
This isn't the first time she's shown off her impressively toned figure either, with Lesley regularly uploading photos and videos of herself in tiny bikinis.
After uploading a photo of herself in a pastel floral swimsuit, the 66-year-old revealed that fans are even wondering if her enviable body is a product of Photoshop.
In addition to the camera role, the blonde bombshell emphatically told her 143,000 followers: “I'm often asked if I photoshop my photos. But a video doesn't lie, so here I am today.”
It's not surprising that the fitness fanatic is proud of her body, as she hasn't always been the picture of health.
Twenty years ago, she was in a hospital bed with severe asthma and pneumonia when she first came into contact with the glamorous world of female physique.
Despite being 49 at the time, she felt inspired to overhaul her life after years of difficult diets and sporadic exercise.
Lesley was even scheduled to hit the gym on the day she left hospital, with the mother-of-three determined to become like the women she had seen on screen.
Since then she has won 35 bodybuilding titles and qualified as a personal trainer focusing on supporting older women.
When she's not competing against women half her age, Lesley shows off her impressive muscles with Instagram images of her intense training sessions.
She still trains with her granddaughter Tia, where the older woman often gets more attention than the young woman in her twenties.
After spending decades rebuilding her body, the 66-year-old also refuses to let social media trolls stop her from enjoying her body.
Instead of covering it up, the influencer challenged age stereotypes about women should wear them in their golden years.
The content creator shared a photo of herself posing in a paisley print bikini, showing off her incredible muscles with her long blonde hair to the side.
In the caption, she then pointedly wrote, “Should we ever be considered too old to wear a bikini? I do not think so.”
