Nadine (@thenaturalnadine) shared the beauty tips in a TikTok video.

“These are anti-aging tips that no one talks about, but it will transform your skin and I know it because I'm 37 years old,” she said.

“I've never had Botox, threads, fillers or any kind of cosmetic procedure before, and a lot of these discoveries I came across because I definitely have a lazy girl skincare routine.”

First, she recommended washing your face only once a day to prevent stripping.

“I started seeing articles from celebrities and dermatologists saying that you should only wash your face once a day because you want to preserve the natural oils in your skin,” she said.

Instead of harsh cleansers, Nadine recommended using filtered water to rinse the face.

“Chlorine causes premature aging and can make your skin look more dehydrated,” she explained.

Instead of a towel, Nadine also opted for soft cotton pads to wipe her face.

“The skin on our faces is so much different than the skin on our bodies. I think a towel is just way too harsh,” she said.

She also made sure to nourish her skin by 'eating' her skin care.

“Make sure you get as much vitamin C as the amount you apply to your face,” she said.

“The vitamin C you consume helps you build collagen, but also protects your immune system.”

Finally, instead of expensive skin care products, she invested in products rich in antioxidants.

“More antioxidants means more anti-aging and a lot of these big name brands, which are super expensive, are also very toxic,” she said.

“What your skin really needs is more antioxidants to build more collagen.”
