One lucky punter could own one of the country’s most magical waterfalls, complete with a tea room and accommodation.

The stunning sight has hit the market for just £950,000.

The listing describes a versatile business opportunity at the foot of Pistyll Rhaeadr waterfall.

A stunning piece of natural beauty, it is known as one of the “Seven Wonders of Wales”.

At 75 meters high, it is Britain’s tallest waterfall, fascinating all who visit and towering over the Niagra, which is 60 meters high.

All potential owners can enjoy tea and cake while watching the powerful water flow through the landscape.

In Tan-y-Pistyll, ”little house under the waterfall”, the owners have created a fantastic business with a tea room, accommodation including a two bedroom apartment, a chalet and a showman’s caravan.

Also included in this great value bundle offer is a camping field, a prayer lodge used for ceremonies, customer parking and public toilets.

There is also a three-bedroom detached house for the owners and approximately 25 hectares of land.

The entry reads: “Pistyll Rhaeadr is open to the public all year round.

“Just a short walk from the car park through the gate at the tea room takes you to the base of the waterfall.

“From here there are many forest walks to follow, or a route up to the waterfall.

“The tearoom has a cozy and rustic feel, with many original 18th century features still present.

“The landscape is breathtaking, surrounded on both sides by steep cliffs and forests.

“The building was mentioned in a survey conducted in 1724.

“It was reported to have been owned by a local abbey and was probably used as a remote retreat cell.”

It comes after a father bought Britain’s most expensive bungalow for £13.5 million.

Tom Glanfield knew North Haven Point, located on ‘Millionaire’s Row’ in Dorset’s Sandbanks, would need renovation when he bought it in March 2023.

Dubbed the ‘world’s most expensive house’, the bungalow was owned by the same family for 117 years before it was sold to Tom.

The chalet bungalow, known as North Haven Point, was expanded in the 1950s and has a floor area of just 2,909 square meters.

The £13.5 million price tag equates to an eye-watering £4,640 per square foot.

And the cost per square meter of a house humbly crushes the value of luxury properties in Monaco, Hong Kong and New York.
