Buy Beverly Hills returns for another season of real estate – and will bring even more co-worker and family drama.
The Netflix series follows The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills‘ Mauricio Umanski and the agents and clients of his California real estate company, The Agency. Two of his daughters and his estranged wife Kyle Richards help Umansky sell a million-dollar property. Farrah Aldjufrie And Alexia Umansky. (Richards shares Farrah with ex-husband Guraish Aldjufrie and daughters Alexia, Sophia and Portia with Mauricio.)
While season 2 continues to give fans a glimpse into the luxury world of real estate and follows conflicts between the staff of The Agency, new episodes delve into Mauricio and Richards’ turbulent relationship. We weekly confirmed in July 2023 that the couple had split after 27 years of marriage.
“I wanted to do everything I could to save it,” Mauricio told his daughters in a February 2024 Season 2 sneak peek, adding: “[She said,] ‘I’m not going to ask you what you do. I don’t want you to ask me what I’m doing. Like we’re separated.’”

Who will return for ‘Buying Beverly Hills’ season 2?
Real estate agents Ben Belack, Joey Ben Zvi, Melissa Platt, Brandon Graven And Sonika Vaid will join Mauricio, Farrah and Alexia in season 2, along with “a few new faces,” according to Netflix website.
Where Did Season 1 of ‘Buying Beverly Hills’ Go?
In the season 1 finale, Mauricio and his agents continued to show off and sell off a handful of luxury properties Jon Grauman scored The Agency’s largest listing to date with a $139 million home.
Outside of work, Alexia and Joey shared a conversation about their relationship, agreeing that they still love each other despite no longer being in a romantic relationship. Mauricio and his daughters also discussed the idea of hiring a Director of Operations. What will happen in ‘Buying Beverly Hills’ season 2?
Based on the Season 2 teaser trailer, much of this season’s drama will focus on who will follow in Mauricio’s footsteps as CEO of The Agency. At a cast dinner, Joey informs Farrah and Alexia that another colleague said “it would be business suicide” if either of them took over the company.
In a follow-up segment, Joey admitted that while he thought Farrah would be the frontrunner to become CEO, he now thinks Alexia has a fair shot. “She has really gone the extra mile,” he noted.
Aside from the drama within The Agency, season 2 will mainly feature the lead-up to and aftermath of Mauricio and Richards’ rift. “She wanted the divorce,” Mauricio tells a friend in the teaser, who responds by asking, “How will this affect the company?”
The teaser also included clips of Richards wiping tears during a conversation with Mauricio and the couple discussing their divorce during a family dinner with their children.
Will Kyle Richards Appear in ‘Buying Beverly Hills’ Season 2?
After only a small appearance in the show’s first season, Netflix confirmed via their website that Richards will “play a more prominent role alongside her family” in Buy Beverly Hillsnew episodes.
