Camryn Manheim Teases 'Dreamy' Reid Scott's Role in 'Law & Order'

Reid Scott will make his debut as Detective Vincent Riley in New York City during the Law & authority season 23 premieres on Thursday, November 18.

“I sent him a text message to welcome him on board. He says, “Listen, thanks for welcoming me on board. I just want you to know that I'm going to fanboy over your son,'” Camryn recalled. “And then Milo came to the set and made a video of all his kids. It's all in the family.”

Virginia Sherwood/NBCCamryn joked that she often feels like “a nepo mom” because of Milo, who has created quite a name for herself in Disney Chanel's Zombies franchise and Paramount+'s School ghosts.

The original version of Law & authority returned to NBC for its 21st season in February 2022, nearly 12 years after its original 2010 cancellation. Sam Waterston reprized his role as DA Jack McCoy for the revival. Anthony Anderson also returned as Detective Kevin Bernard for season 21 before leaving the show after 10 episodes. He was replaced by Brooks when season 22 premiered in September 2022.
Hugh Dancy And Odelja Halevi rounding out the revival's cast as ADA Nolan Price and ADA Samantha Maroun, respectively. They both return in season 23.
