The CBSE Class 12 exams will begin on February 15 and end on April 2, 2024. Meanwhile JEE Main Session 2 Exam will be taken between April 1 and April 15. This raises the possibility of a clash in exam dates between the CBSE board exams and JEE Main. To address this issue, examination controller Sanyam Bhardwaj has assured that the board has taken steps to ensure that: sufficient gap between these crucial exams. “When drawing up the date schedule, the board took into account that there is sufficient space between the two topics. The dates of competitive exams like JEE have been taken into account while deciding the schedule for class 12,” said exam controller Sanyam Bhardwaj.
The exam timetables have been carefully designed to ensure that no two subjects have the same exam date, taking into account more than 40,000 different subject combinations. “The date sheets have been created by avoiding over 40,000 subject combinations to ensure that no two subject exams fall on the same date” he further added.
For class 12, exams for four subjects are scheduled on the first day for class 12. They are: Entrepreneurship, Kokborok, Capital Market Operation and Physical Activity Trainer.
