“It’s mostly blonde and I was too scared to wax it, but you convinced me!”

‘Chrissie Zwaan…. keeping it real!’ added another, while one fan suggested she “get the mo lasered.”

“I love how real you are. Thank you for always making me smile,” another follower said.

Chrissie’s candid post comes a week after she celebrated a remarkable sobriety milestone, revealing she has already reached 1,000 days of sobriety.

The TV star shared a photo of herself drinking a celebratory Diet Coke and also revealed she was reading Quit Like A Woman by Holly Whitaker.

“I don’t talk much about giving up booze because it’s so personal and not for everyone,” Chrissie began her post.

She added: “But on my 1,000th anniversary, I’m sure it was the right choice for me.”

“So I’m posting this here for anyone who thinks drinking might not be fun for them anymore,” the radio host continued.

“I love being able to drive everywhere, leave places whenever I want, and most of all, go to bed knowing that I have been the most authentic version of myself.”

Chrissie went on to say that while she didn’t have “a huge, long-standing problem” with drinking alcohol, she felt it was the right thing to give up the substance post-COVID.

‘It was actually quite easy for me and the positives started in the first week. Mostly relief,” she said.

“And the clarity and focus I needed to return to my original self and get to work, as Holly Whitaker wrote, “Building a life I didn’t want to escape.”

‘I don’t miss drinking for a moment and now I don’t even think about it anymore.’

Chrissie then encouraged her followers to stop drinking if they decide they ‘can’t stand the hangovers’ or are tired of embarrassing themselves while drunk.

The Nova radio star revealed in 2021 that she stopped drinking alcohol following Melbourne’s strict 112-day lockdown in 2020.

At the time, she said she felt better than ever after a booze-free karaoke night with a friend.

The mother-of-three also revealed that her sleep had improved dramatically since she quit drinking a few months earlier.
