SHOPPERS are rushing to fill their baskets with nostalgic homewares that have been reduced in price.
Morrisons is selling classic Coca-Cola glasses for just £1 in stores and fans have been clearing the shelves.
The beautiful glasses are engraved with the classic Coca-Cola logo and the glass mimics the shape and feel of a Coke bottle.
The bargain find was shared on the NewfoodsUK social media page.
One savvy shopper posted a photo of the glasses with the caption: “Coca-Cola glasses spotted at Morrisons! Bargain!!”
The post has since racked up more than 1,500 likes and hundreds of comments from equally enthusiastic shoppers.
One Facebook user wrote: “It’s so beautiful, I like it.”
A second added: “I need to get some of these bad boys in my house.”
A third simply said: “The nostalgia!!”
While another joked: “Smh in the middle of boycotting Coca Cola.”
Morrisons previously promoted a deal where, according to other Facebook users, you had to buy two bottles of coke for £3 to get one of the glasses, but now you can buy them straight away.
It’s also important to note that these glasses are not available online, so if you want to buy one of these, you’ll have to head to your nearest store.
The glasses can be purchased from Amazon or eBay, although prices for a set of four start at £22.99, which works out to £5.75 each.
Morrisons is known for offering items at discounted prices, and other shoppers have gone out of their way to get their hands on a gadget that supposedly reduces your energy bills.
One shopper took to a bargain group on Facebook and posted a £7 slow cooker.
She wrote: “Definitely one of my best buys: a 3.5 liter slow cooker on the shelf in Morrisons South Shields for £11.00, scanned at the checkout for £7.00.”
According to the Energy Saving Trust, slow cookers are one of the most energy efficient kitchen appliances; they use about the same amount of energy as a standard electric light bulb.
Other shoppers have gone wild after Morrisons started selling suitcases super cheap – with prices starting from just £7.99.
In this beautiful suitcase sale you will find four black Manoukian suitcases in different sizes.
The extra small covers, which measure 20 x 30 x 47 cm, cost only €7.99 each.
Meanwhile, the small cases, which measure 22x34x58cm, cost £17.99.
If you need something larger, there are medium suitcases for €24.99, which are 26.5 x 41 x 67cm and cost €24.99 each.
