People say I’m ‘too old’ to wear corsets, their hatred adds a year to my life

ONE fashionsta wanted to prove she could pull off whatever form-fitting clothes she wanted.

The trolls could come for her all they wanted – she looked good and she knew it.

“Every time someone on TikTok tells me I’m ‘too old to wear that,’ my life is extended by a year,” says Shannon (@thislovelylifeofmine).

Wearing a yellow embellished corset, tucked in torn jeans and paired with a blazer and heels, she let loose and danced the haters away.

Shannon extended her arms and hands up as she lip-synced to Irene Cara’s song Fame.

“I’ll wear whatever I want, thank you,” she said.

Her fans were happy that she didn’t give in to the trolls.

“Just tell them jealousy is a disease and they need to get better soon,” said one follower.

“You go girl! I love your style!” said another viewer.

“Wait until those 20-somethings are in their 40s! Lol! You look fantastic!” said a third audience member.

In a second videoshe experimented with some snatched and sexy bodysuits.

“Let’s style my new Pinsy shapewear for two date night looks. When I saw this pink French lace option, I had to have it,” she said.

She loved how it pulled her in in all the right places.

Shannon recreated the look in ripped jeans.

She certainly matched the bodysuits well and was also a fan of the adjustable straps.

“And I just feel so confident and for a mom who’s had three C-sections, that’s a win,” she said.

She then tried the black V-neck version, with the same European sculpting fabric and built-in bra.

She certainly looked date-night ready after pairing the figure-hugging look with boots and jewelry.

It looked like Shannon had gathered even more members for her fan club.

“You are so cute,” said one follower.

“Thank you. I’m always looking for good shapewear that’s cute. I’ve also had three c-sections,” said another viewer.
