The 59-year-old actress – who recently made a fool of herself – shared an Instagram post on Monday that she called a “photo dump.”

At the end of the 'dump' there was a video that showed a lot of Cox in her cute swimsuit.

The mother-of-one – who turns 60 in June – was outside her home as she prepared to take an ice bath.

The Alabama native maintains her great figure by starting her day with a vegetarian shake that includes cucumbers and spinach.

She also cooks a lot at home, limiting herself to meat and vegetables. And instead of a regular burger, she has turkey burgers.

The TV icon also takes vitamins, does power walks and goes to the gym.

In January, she celebrated National Dress Up Day by outfitting her two little dogs, Lily and Bear, in themed costumes.

In a caption to her nearly 15 million followers, she wrote, “They love this holiday!”

The footage showed a brown and white dog wearing a checked newsboy cap and matching round glasses.

Her second dog was dressed as an old lady and wore a pink dress, glasses and a white sweater.

She played with her pup in an expansive outdoor area and sat on the floor to get down to their level.

The post, which was backed by Simon & Garfunkel's 1964 song The Sound of Silence, has racked up more than 144,000 likes to date.

One fan referenced her Friends character Monica Gellar, writing in the comments, “Wait!! Wasn't this Monica's biggest pet peeve… Animals dressed as people?!”

The person added a crying laughing emoji and the note has racked up more than 2,000 likes.

Cox's latest social media post comes a week after she took to the photo-sharing app with another funny piece of content.

She made fun of her bangs in one of her early, classic Scream films.
