Courteney Cox looked much younger than her years as she modeled ombre lavender aviator sunglasses while out for dinner in Los Angeles on Monday.

The 59-year-old actress — whose former castmate Jennifer Aniston said she was texting with Matthew Perry on the day of his death — chose fall colors for her outing with a friend at Baltaire Restaurant and Steak House.

The Friends alum wore a floral midi dress with an A-line skirt featuring shades of black, gray and tangerine. The Cougar Town star stayed warm in a burnt orange corduroy blazer with black buttons and pockets.

She wore sheer black tights with her black ankle boots with a decoration made of bronze studs.

The Scream star’s raven locks were parted in the middle, creating natural waves. She wore natural-looking makeup, accessorized with gold hoop earrings and wore aviator-rimmed glasses.

Her companion looked dapper in light gray jeans, a white-gray ombre sweater and a charcoal jacket with black ankle boots.

When she’s not acting or posting comedy videos on social media, the “self-described neat freak” keeps busy with her Homecourt candle line and cleaning products made from natural elements like coconut solvent and Mediterranean cypress oil.

The high-quality vegan and cruelty-free products are a great success and have been awarded the Architectural Digest Cleverest Award 2022.

The actress, producer and director also has a knack for buying and selling homes, something she has been doing since her earliest days in Hollywood.

According to her former co-star Robert Duncan McNeill, who worked with her in 1987’s Masters of the Universe, she developed a knack for buying dilapidated houses, fixing them up and selling them.

‘She had just bought a house before [film]fixed it and sold it,” he said The Hang Gliders Podcast in 2022.

“And then I bought another house right after Masters — you know, a little farmhouse, nothing fancy, but she loved doing those remodels and renovations,” he said.

The two have lost touch since their early days, but the Star Trek Voyager star fondly remembered his co-star.

The Shining Vale star sold her Laurel Canyon home several years ago after discovering it was haunted.

The house was previously owned by Rock and Roll Hall of Fame member Carole King.

In an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Livethe Mothers and Daughters star revealed that she and the It’s Too Late singer took part in a séance to try to get rid of the ghost.

“So Carole King came to my house and she said there had been a really ugly divorce, and there was a ghost in the house,” Courteney told the late night host.

Courteney has a knack for buying and selling houses, which she developed in her early days in Hollywood. She once lived in a haunted house, but now lives in a beautiful mansion in Malibu, where she often makes her comedy videos on social media.

“And I said, ‘Yeah, whatever.’ But other people who had stayed there with me, like friends of mine, said they met a woman sitting on the edge of the bed.”

The actress said she decided to sell the house after the ghost appeared while she was accepting a delivery. “He said, ‘Do you know this house is haunted?’ And I say, “Yes, why? Why do you think that?”

“He says, ‘Because there’s someone behind you,’ and I thought, ‘Let’s sell.’ I could never sleep there alone again,” she said.

The Just Before I Go director now lives in a seemingly haunted mansion in Malibu, which is often featured in her social media videos.
