These devices are network devices that provide audio and video content.

Typically, they are streamed over the Internet and run on a connected high-definition television.

Amazon's product line has been extremely successful, but users have found fault with Amazon Fire TV products.

One person posted on Reddit recently to air their grievances with their Fire TV.

They started their post by saying that they spent a lot of money on Amazon Fire TV products, but the pause feature isn't working.

“You come back to your paused program… and you're on a weird screen,” they said.

And “once you figure out how to get back, you will be kicked out of the app you were in,” they added.

“I'm sorry, maybe I'm crazy, but I don't always remember exactly what I saw last and I can't figure out how to get back to it without scrolling through all my apps and figuring it out on my own,” they continued.

The user continued to criticize Amazon, saying that people pay for services but receive no support from them regarding these issues.

The post quickly gained support from Fire TV users who experienced the same problem.

“Haha, not crazy at all man. It happens to me and probably everyone else all the time,” said one.

“I wish there was a setting where you could turn that off completely,” they added. “I feel your pain man.”

“Amazon has become a billion dollar company by stealing all our information and data. They are using us,” chimed in another disheartened user.

Another user said that they are not facing this particular issue, but when they pause their Fire TV, their television immediately turns off.

Some users tried to offer workarounds, including pressing Play as soon as they returned to their TV and waiting 30 seconds.

This is the latest in a series of criticisms Amazon is facing over its products ranging from Fire TVs to its Prime Video service.

The company was recently sued for adding ads to Prime Video.
