MS Dhoni will lead Chennai Super Kings in IPL 2024.

New Delhi: Former India captain MS Dhoni loves Pakistani food, which was caught on camera when the Chennai Super Kings skipper advised a man to try dishes from the neighboring country. In a viral video, Dhoni was seen suggesting a person (probably a hotel staff) to visit Pakistan just for food. However, the person who suggested Dhoni declined the offer.

In the video, Dhoni was heard saying, “You should go to Pakistan for the food.” In response, the person said, “I won’t go there even if you suggest good food. I like food, but I don’t go there.” Dhoni is currently on holiday in Dubai with his family.

He also spent time with the likes of Rishabh Pant, former cricketer Robin Uthappa, former tennis champion Sania Mirza and other personalities from the Hindi film industry.

Dhoni will next be seen leading Chennai Super Kings in IPL 2024. Notably, the upcoming one is likely to be his last in cricket. “The easy thing for me would be to say ‘Thank you very much’, but the difficult thing for me is to work hard for another nine months and come back and play at least one more season of IPL.

“A lot depends on the body, I have 6-7 months to decide. It will be more of a gift on my part, it is not easy for me, but it is a gift. The way they have shown their love and affection, I think I have to do that for them,” Dhoni had said after leading CSK to their fifth IPL title last season.

CSK CEO Kasi Viswanathan had inquired about where Dhoni currently stands in terms of fitness ahead of the next season. “He has recovered well (from his knee injury). He is undergoing his rehabilitation programs and has started training. By the time the next IPL starts, I am sure he will be fit to play,” Viswanathan told ANI.
