A dress so nice, Bachelor education stars have worn it twice!

Theresa Nistwho won season 1 of The golden bachelorstunned in a beautiful lilac Randi Rahm Couture dress for her proposal Gerry Turner, broadcast on Thursday, November 30. The sequined gown has a deep V-neck and a high thigh slit. The look is completed with a diamond-encrusted belt.

Eagle-eyed Bachelor Nation fans quickly noticed that the dress looked very similar to the former Bachelorette’s finale dress Michelle Young wore when Nayte Olukoya sat down on bent knee. Michelle, 30, wore a white version of the dress during season 18 of the series The bacheloretteaired in December 2021.

Designer Randi Rahm had designed multiple looks for Michelle throughout her season, including the finale look.

“This special dress I designed for Michelle has her essence,” the fashion designer said in a TikTok video shared at the time via @BachelorNation. “I think I like that the most. It is elegant, sleek, but has a beautiful shine, just like them.”

Randi added: “I love the idea of ​​the detail on the strap, using just this diamond strand [adds] a touch of pop to this very simple, clean design. … This dress is all about the sleekness and simplicity.”

Randi noted that seeing Michelle in the dress “lasted [her] breathe away” because she “felt beautiful in the dress.”

Neither Randi, Michelle nor Theresa, 70, have publicly addressed the matching dresses.

Michelle ultimately divorced Nayte, 29, in June 2022, just six months into their relationship Bachelor party proposal. She is currently dating Jac Leius.

For her part, Theresa is excitedly looking forward to her next steps with Gerry, 72. After Gerry proposed on Thursday’s episode, they decided to move into a new home together in Charleston, South Carolina, after their wedding.
