Disturbing Video Shows Traumatized Dog Taped To Lamp Post By Neighbor From Hell Furious For Urinating On His Lawn
A harrowing video shows a puppy being taped to a lamppost by an angry neighbor from hell as punishment for urinating on his lawn.
The poor dog named Doqui was left traumatized after being tied to the mail with brown packing tape.

In the heartbreaking video, the four-year-old pup’s mouth appears to have been taped shut by the irate neighbor.
The sick man caught the whole ordeal on camera in a vindictive attempt to teach his neighbor a lesson.
According to the man, the young dog would poop and pee in front of his house every day.
In the video he says: “I told the owner and asked if she could keep the dog on a leash, but they didn’t tie him up.”
The man then added that he tied the dog to the post to demonstrate “how to tie a dog.”
The Police arrived on the scene on a Saturday to save the dog in the village of La Chava, Colombia.
Veterinarian Jorge Luis Gonzalez said Doqui suffered emotional distress as a result of the cruel actions and could no longer bark.
He has urged authorities to bring the man responsible for the senseless act to face the highest punishment.
Gonzalez said: “They taped its mouth, the little animal clearly looks abused.
“The law says that animals are conscious beings.
“We are taking measures so that the maximum penalty is achieved.”
The police have established the identity the suspect and initiated proceedings to take him into custody while investigations are ongoing.
Police spokesman Colonel Luis Alejandro Cubillos Cancelado said: “We have now identified the person who committed this reprehensible and deplorable act.
“We are waiting for the Public Prosecution Service to take the necessary administrative measures to arrest this person.”
A local resident said: “It’s not the dog’s fault.
“He should have collected what the dog is doing outside his house and brought it to the woman’s house. Problem over.”
Someone else joined in, noting: “Whoever is cruel to animals is also cruel to people.”
Someone else wrote: “Please punish this person for abusing that little animal, what a horror.”
