I found a dupe for Charlotte Tilbury's $49 purchase at Dollar Tree and it's better

The true colors of a two-faced beauty guru emerged after comparing two makeup purchases.

And it seemed like her more frugal side got the better of her.

“I found an exact Charlotte Tilbury Beautiful Skin dupe that costs $1.29,” said Michaela (@michaelamakeup92).

The bargain hunter put the beauty purchases to the test.

“I used them both on my skin today,” she said, pointing to each side of her face covered in a different foundation.

And the surprising results were in.

“This is the Dollar Tree, it honestly looks better,” she said in disbelief.

The only thing that could beat the looks was the price.

The Charlotte Tilbury Beautiful Skin Foundation, which retails for $49 on the brand's website, had rave reviews.

The name brand purchase is described as offering buildable, medium coverage for a healthy-looking skin effect.

“It fits beautifully on the skin and feels like you have nothing on it.

“Doesn't feel like it's pore-clogging. Feels breathable. My face looks much fuller compared to the other side,” said one satisfied buyer.

Still, Michaela stuck with her $1.25 B-Pure hydrating under-eye concealer from Dollar Tree, which had received just as much praise.

“I bought this out of curiosity and I was surprised. It goes on smoothly and is definitely moisturizing,” said one satisfied buyer.

Her fans also felt the thrifty find.

“I'm in love with B-pure,” said a one dollar deal girl.

“It's so good, how is it so cheap!” she agreed.

“All my makeup is from Dollar Tree. I hardly ever wear any, so why waste my money!” exclaimed another budget shopper.
