His stepfather Steven Barker and mother Tracey Connelly were jailed over the toddler’s death in 2007.

Neo-Nazi Barker47, received a twelve-year prison sentence for his role in Peter’s death.

He was also given a life sentence with a minimum term of ten years for the rape of a two-year-old girl.

Barker is now reportedly making a bid for freedom – just days after what would have been Baby Ps 18th birthday.

If confirmed, this would be evil stepfather Barker’s fifth bid for freedom.

A new parole hearing will take place within months, sources told the newspaper Mirror.

Barker’s last parole was denied after psychiatrists said he had refused to participate in treatment programs.

Police and social workers made almost 60 visits to Baby P’s home in Haringey, North London in the last eight months of his life.

An investigation found that the toddler was on the high-risk list and that officials could have saved his life.

Social worker Nevres Kemal had warned her bosses six months before Baby P’s death, but they did not act in time.

Kemal told the Mirror: “Barker has never shown any remorse and has no shame.

“This is outrageous. It was long-term and systematic abuse. It is very shocking to think that he could be released.

“How can someone like this return to society when he has committed the most heinous crime against the most vulnerable in society?”

Peter’s mother Tracey Connelly, 41, was released in 2022 after serving her sentence.

Statistics show that approximately 884 children have died similarly to Baby P since his case shocked the nation.
