What is the FNCS pickaxe called?
The weapon in question from the Fortnite Championship Series (FNCS) is called the Ax of Champions.
The rarest pickaxes in Fortnite are the ones from the earlier seasons, which haven't appeared in the game for a long time.
Very few players ever get their hands on these sacred instruments, as Epic Games only awards the Ax of Champions to an elite club of players.
How do you get the FNCS pickaxe?
With an item so incredibly rare, players are eager to learn how to get their hands on Ax of Champions digitally.
But you have to be one of the best players in the world out of hundreds of thousands of gamers, as it is only given out as a reward for FNCS winners.
The Ax of Champions is part of the FNCS set and was first released in Chapter 2: Season 2.
The Ax of Champions was replaced by The Ax of Champions 2.0 in Chapter 3: Season 2.
The ID of the Ax of Champions is Pickaxe_ID_376_FNCS.
Will the FNCS pick be removed?
The Ax of Champions will be taken away from the weapon's previous owners if and when a new duo from each region wins in the next FNCS.
This means that only 14 players keep this pickaxe in their lockers.
The 14 elite gamers to hold the Ax of Champions consist of two players from each region.
What rank do you need to be to play FNCS 2024?
To participate in the FNCS 2024 Open Qualifiers, you and your duo partner must have reached at least Platinum I rank in Fortnite's Rated Battle Royale.
Each Open Qualifier has four rounds and only the top duos have earned the most points over 10 matches.
These matches are played over a 3-hour period, with the winners advancing to the next round.

The FNCS 2024 will be broadcast on multiple streaming platforms, including within Fortnite itself.
